SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITION 1.During dismantaling of above building safety of adjoing property should be ensured and person working in the area shall be insured. The contractor shall be fully responsible for any type of loss to men and material on this account. 2.The contractor shall work in such a manner that office work of adjoing offices should not be distrubed. 3.Dismantling /Disposal of material should be quick so that the constuction work may not be effected.

Dismantling of existing old control room building approximate area 112.98 sqm. With RCC slab, Brick wall damaged wooden doors & windows electric wiring etc. and also including disposal of dismantled materials out of corporation area including loading, unloading complete and reading the site for new construction. The dismantled materials shall be the Property of the contractor.
