Repair to Bridge over Satabari Nallah on Kurumkel-Deogan road_Road_Repair to Bridge such as minor repairs to railing, deck slabs etc and painting _At 2.000 Km

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with all leads and lifts, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.2 and clause 305 of MOSRTH specification for road and bridge works (4th Revision) as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing , laying & consolidation of good quality of moorum in sub-base including hire and running charges of PRR etc complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing surface of wall with cement based wall putty & making smooth to receive painting including all cost complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming one coat with wall primer water bond cement primer including all cost complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coat with approved paint in iron works including sand papering, polishing surfaces including all cost complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing the exposed surface of wall with 2 coat weather coat of approved shade on new work & making smooth to receive painting including all cost complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mixed macadam specification including Premixing the materials with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant,carriage of mixed materials by tripper to site ,laying in uniform layer with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and conpacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desire dencity as per clause of MoSRT&H Specification for road and bridge works.

Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm on the prepared treated with primer and cleaned as per technical specification for Road and Bridge works.

Providing & applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.25 to 0.30 Kg/ Sqm on prepared bituminous surface using mechanical means as per Clause- 503 of MoSRT&H Specification for Road & Bridge works(4th Revision).
