Item 1A. ITEM 2 A Operation of SPM-I and SPM-II in the Gulf of Kutch for unloading of crude oil from ocean tankers, complete in all respects in accordance with the “Scope of Work” of the Tender Documents. Note: number of tankers estimated to be around 220 in each year which may vary depending upon actual requirement. Note: Rate on "PER TANKER" Basis.
ITEM 2 B Fuel required for Tanker Unloading Operation as defined under item 2A above in line with the “Scope of Work”. Bidders to note that column D specifies 'Cost of Fuel per KL'.NOTE: Number of tankers estimated to be around 1100 for 5 years which may vary depending upon actual requirement. Bidder to specify 'Total Fuel consumption in KL for Tanker unloading operations for 1100 tankers' in column M
ITEM 3 Inspection services for SPM-I & SPM-II including their PLEM, underbuoy hoses, floating hoses and the free span portion of the offshore submarine pipelines commencing from Nararabet upto the PLEM and interconnecting loopline between SPM-I & SPM-II, if any. Repair and maintenance of SPM-I and SPM-II including planned weekly, monthly, quarterly and other periodic schedule and as required repair and maintenance, unplanned need-based repair and maintenance, cleaning buoys with fresh water, greasing, cathodic protection, painting, keeping vigil on SPMs and its surroundings complete in all respects in accordance with “Scope of Work” of the Tender Documents. NOTE: Rate on "Lump sum Monthly" basis.
ITEM 4 Operation & Maintenance of Owner supplied Oil Spill combat equipment within the area described in the Scope of Work NOTE: Rate on "Lump sum Monthly" basis.
ITEM 5 Testing of retrieved hoses from services as per procedure described under the Scope of Work. (Tentative no. of hoses which may be required to test will be around 12 each year which may vary depending upon actual requirement). NOTE : Rate per hose testing.
ITEM 6 Bursts test of retrieved hoses from services as per procedure described under the scope of work. (Tentative no. of hoses which may be required for burst test will be around 4 each year which may vary depending upon actual requirement). NOTE: Rate per hose burst test
ITEM 7 Underwater photography / videography for monitoring underwater condition & maintenance activities, whenever required and submission of the photographs / recordings to IOC as per direction of EIC NOTE: Rate per hour basis
