IMPORTANT NOTE

Rates shall include all statutory taxes and all necessary/required activities/conducting public hearing & video recordings of the proceedings, all type of documentation, preparation of reports/drawings/maps/survey/journeys/stays during meetings/ presentation/printing charges/ telephone, postal charges etc for completing the assignment.

It may be noted that the project affected families mentioned above are indicative whereas the actual assessment can only be known during SIA study, Accordingly the cost of services to be paid may vary from the above and regulated on the basis of actual PAFs.
