high‑bond tapes or other suitable fixtures. All fixing, including all setting out, drilling, anchors,
any breaking, cutting or drilling of RCC, steel, structural steel or masonry that may be required
and full reinstatement of disturbed finishes, is included in the scope. Design verification,
