For cooking keping the stock of raw materials, utensils and fuel required for cooking, controlling other fabours and preparing food items as per instruction of EIC (Semi-skilled Manpower 02 nos per day for 730 working days) Note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployement of manpower)

For supply of food material, cleaning utensils, keeping the table and chair clean and in order, cleaning of floor area, wall ceiling curtains, cup boards and area around canteen as per linstruction of EIC (Un-skilled Manpower 04 nos per day for 730 working days) Note: Deduction will be made as per the prevailing labour rates on non deployement of manpower)

Supply of sanitary materials: Disinfectent Liquid (500ml/bottle)

Supply of sanitary materials: Detergent powder (500gm/pocket)
