Supply of LED Taxiway Edge Elevated type light fixtures up to 12 Watts & meeting ICAO requirments LED lamp of series circuit 2.8 - 6.6 amps current, complete with base plate, breakable coupling, mounting assembly, gasket, Blue Dome , one 2 pole-plug with leads etc. conforming to particular specification as required.

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of inset fitting with core cutting, aligning and setting i/c providing sealing material and installation of Isolating Transformer, Crimping / Jointing of Plug receptacles, laying of secondary lead in existing GI pipe in groove i/c cutting & sealing of groove & other accessories required for commissioning i/c supply of all materials except fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles & isolating transformer etc. as required.

Supply of Three Hole Type C.I. Isolating Transformer housing box,water tight round type,metal container of outside size 330mm height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer power cable and having a clear hole centre at one side surface centre 75mm above bottom surface suitable to receive one No. / two of 50mm dia "B" class GI pipe and including check nuts as required and another hole at 175mm from the bottom of the CI Box to receive one no. 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and check nut as required.The box should have two SS earth bolts of M10 x 30mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia "B" class GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 6 nos. M10 tapped hole at the hole centre 260 mm to receive fitting base plate and bolts as required as per the drawings.

Installation of transformer housing box with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4 150mm thick. The top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with checknuts for drainage of water including excavation of side shoulder and re-filling (wherever the transformer are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2C x 4 sq.mm., 600V Grade Flexible Copper Conductor, EPR insulated & CPE (Chlorinated Polyethylen, cross - linked, heavy duty) outer sheath (Black colour) Secondary cable for Airport lighting circuits as required.

Supply of 20 / 6.6 amps of 15 Watt Isolating transformer 5KV grade suitable to Operate up to 12 watt LED Light of Midium intensity Light Fitting encapsulated in polyster resin finally moulded in neoprene rubber type or black cross linked polychloroprene compound like TPE /TPR / TPV with primary and secondary connection as specified in particular specifications.

Supply of 16sqmm 5 KV grade dry type Plug and Receptacle of type I, class 'B' primary connector kit with field attachment and suitable for 5 KV grade single core copper conductor, XLPE insulated PE sheathed Unshielded Unscreened) cable, complete as required confirming to the technical specification.

Supply of Single Core 16 Sq.mm Airfield Lighting (AFL) 5 KV grade, Copper Conductor, XLPE insulated, Polyethylene (PE)sheathed Unshielded (Unscreened) Type, Unarmoured Underground Cable for airfield lighting Primary Circuit, confirming to IS :7098 Part-II and specification as specified in technical specifications.

Supply of 63 mm Dia (outer dia), ISI marked Double Walled Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) having corrugation on the outer wall confirming to IS 14930 Part-II complete with necessary fittings for jointing for protection of 5.0KV grade under ground cable complete etc as required.

Laying of one number of 63 mm Dia (outer dia) of Double Walled Corrugated high density polyethylene pipe (DWC-HDPE) for protection of 5.0KV grade under ground cable directly in ground at the depth of 80 CM and width of 35 cm including excavation and refilling the trench and joining of pipes etc as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/ XLPE power cable of 5 KV grade of size up to 35 Sqmm in the existing RCC/HUME/STONE WARE/METAL/DWC-HDPE/GI pipe as required.

Cutting groove of size 50mm wide and 100mm deep with saw cut machine, refilling and finishing the surface with chemical compound ,coarse sand, bitumen, etc complete as required

Supply of Dummy Plate 10 mm Thickness, 330 mm Dia,Including provision of 6 nos, M10 tapped holes on top and 6 nos through holes at bottom to fix M10 bolts for fixing on exisitng C.I. Transformer house boxes

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from FRLS from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying of 6 SWG GI wire inside the excavated cable trench/humepipe for loop earthing etc complete as required.
