Others - Hiring of Vehicle on Contract Basis for Kerala Water Authority, P.H. Sub Division, Chittur for a Period of 12 Months during the Year 2026-27

OD13387/2026-2027:Towards charges for hiring Air Conditioned Motor Cab having engine capacity below 1500 cc should be above 1000 CC (Mahindra Bolero, Maruti-Suzuki Ertiga or similar) including Tourist Motor Cabs, with seating capacity of not less than seven persons including driver, fitted with GPS/vehicle tracking system and having valid contract carriage permit, insurance and pollution under control certificate, the date of manufacture of vehicle being within Ten years as on the last date of tender, the rate being inclusive of cost of driver, toll charges, fuel charges, detention charges, taxes and all incidental expenses, fixed up to 1200 km per month, with vehicle along with driver and fuel made available mandatorily from 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM on all working days and stationed as per the direction of Asst. Engineer, PH Section, Chittur throughout the month excluding Sundays and holidays, complete for one year. The To and Fro Running expenses from Section Offices to any private location including cab owner's private parking will not be paid. Vehicle Log shall be closed on a daily basis and shall be kept in the vehicle / with A.E of PH Section, Chittur. If vehicle is needed on any holiday it will be informed on the prior day itself. The running kms of a sunday / holiday will also be included in that month’s limit. No additional payment will be made for running on holidays or sundays.
