SITC of online UPS with minimum 2kVA capacity, single phase in & single phase out with double conversion, IGBT based techenology at inverter and rectifier , as per technical specifications/data sheet enclosed. The UPS shall have standard features like in built automatic 100% rated static by pass, maintenance by pass, active input power factor correction, phase sequence corrector, pure sine wave output, input-output isolation switch , in built isolation transformer at output, compatibility with generator supply, cold start capability, EMI/RFI noise filter, user friendly LCD display, suitable to operate at 230V, 50Hz, single Phase AC supply and necessary safety protection. The job also includes supply and connecting the suitable required number of 12V, SMF batteries of suitable amp hour, for the UPS to give a backup time of minimum 15 minutes at the rated full load integrated with UPS, battery rack, connectors, wiring, cabling between battery bank and UPS with insulated copper conductor of required size, termination as per site condition etc. complete as required, housed in a weather proof encloser having free air flow arrangement and insect trap mesh with mounting stand etc. having following a) 20 amps MCB for incoming power – 1no. b) 5 amps MCB for output power -3Nos. c) 10 amps MCB for output power – 1no. d) Power distribution board with 5 amps socket - 5nos. Complete as required

Supply of 4 x 35 sqmm sizes of XLPE insulated PVC sheathed, aluminium conductor, armoured, power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS 7098 (Part I), 1988 amended upto date.

Supply of Armoured Single Mode 6 core 9/125mm Optical Fibre Cable confirming to required IS with up to date amendments and as per technical specification etc. complete as required.

Supply , installation , testing and commissioning of 24 Port outdoor LIU ( Patch panel) for Optical Fibre cable Rack mountable/ Wall mountable complete with splice tray, cable spool, Duplex Adaptor Module panel, Adaptor SC Duplex, SC Duplex Pigtail 1 meter. Job include splicing of core, fixing, testing for reflection and attennuation (db) with OTDR etc complete as required

Supplying and Fixing of 2 Port Dual Fiber Media Converter with RJ 45 required for OFC complete as required.

Supplying and drawing of UTP 4 pair CAT 6 LAN Cable in the existing surface/recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 2X4 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit (FRLS) alongwith 1 No 4 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Wiring for light/ power plug with 4X4 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduit (FRLS) alongwith 2 Nos 4 sq. mm FRLSH PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable for loop earthing as required.

Supplying and fixing suitable size surface PVC box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess, including providing and fixing 3 pin 5/6 amps modular socket outlet and 5/6 amps modular switch, connection etc. as required.

PLB HDPE pipe, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc., by HDD trenchless method direct in ground in all type of soil (upto 3 Mtrs) etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Laying of 90mm (OD-90mm, PN 8, PE 80) ISI marked HDPE pipe, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers, suitable size PP rope as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc with HDD trenchless method direct in ground ( 6 mtrs below ground level ) in all type of soil etc. complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Laying of 40 mm dia PLB HDPE pipe, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (75 cm below ground level, width of the trench 25 cm) including excavation & refilling the trench with same excavated earth but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Laying of 40 mm dia PLB HDPE pipe, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc., direct in ground (100 cm below ground level, width of the trench 25 cm) including excavation & refilling the trench with same excavated earth but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Fixing 40 mm dia PLB HDPE pipe, along with all acessories like socket, bend, couplers as required including fitting, cutting, jointing etc. on wall surface complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. required.

Supply and fixing of full round type prefabricated RCC joint chamber with diameter of 85cm(ID) and height of 100cm and thikness of 7.5cm round top cover with diameter of 100cm and thickness of 5cm etc complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 sq. mm size on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 sq. mm size/ OFC in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/trenched HDPE pipe as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4 X 35 sq. mm (32 mm) size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.l. wire on surface or in recess or on cable tray for loop earthing along with existing cable as required.

SITC of maintenance free chemical earthing system in CROWFOT method with all suitable components / accessories and using 3" Dia & 0.12" thick copper tube of 8 feet length and 04 nos. 16 mm dia SS road of 8 feet length each and the earth pit being treated with chemical gel so as to achieve earth resistance interconnected using 25x3mm copper strip (max. 6mtrs) backfilled with ISOGEL earth enhancing compound of 60kgs. heavy duty plastic inspection chamber (01 No.) along with excavation & refilling etc as required including extra materials if required to achieve earth resistance less that 0.5 ohms.

Supplying and fixing cable route marker with 10 cm X 10 cm X 5 mm thick G.I. plate with inscription there on, bolted /welded to 35 mm X 35 mm X 6 mm angle iron, 60 cm long and fixing the same in ground as required.
