Note : (i) DI specials/ fittings will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule (ii) The cost of joint deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and fix, cast iron sluice valve of size 100 mm bore, drilled flanged ends, PN-1.6, heavy duty with brass spindle any pattern with iron wheel ISI marked including flanged jointing on both ends, jointing material such as nuts, bolts, rubber/fibreboard gasket, twin washer of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of surfaces of RCC Sedimentation Tank of 20000 gallons capacity by Scraping with wire bushes for complete removal of lay dirt, rust and old paint etc from inner and outer surface of the Sedimentation and washing and cleaning the surface bed with water and painting with two coats of Lime for external surface and writing cleaning date with black enamel paint as specified and directed. (Note :- Item shall be executed once in each two months, installation and quantity is given for two operation. However unit rate to be quoted by the tenderer for single operation only)

Construction of brick massonry valve pit chamber of inner dimension 90x90x90 cms suitable for sluice valves upto 150 mm size, with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 for foundation, brick work in cm 1:6 rendering 1:4, 15mm plastering, coping in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, incl necessary earth work, including MS sheet cover of thickness 2 mm on 50x50x6.0 mm angle iron framework including two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer with making provision of locking arrangement including demolished old valve pit and removing the debris from the site or as specified and directed.
