Construction of IREL Wellness and Wisdom HUB at Karithura under CSR 2026 27

Earthwork excavation/cutting in ordinary soil for foundation/clearing accumulated waste sand including shoring & shuttering wherever required and depositing the spoil earth with lead upto 50m and lift upon 1.50m for the construction of damaged security wall etc complete as per standard specification

PCC 1:5:10 using 40mm hard broken stone for Bed concrete & Flooring etc including all cost and conveyance of materials hire charges for shuttering and labour charges , curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement .

RR masonry in cement mortar 1:6 for foundation, and basement using blasted rubble including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges , pointing the exposed face with CM 1:3 etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.(M sand for approved quality with test certificate may be used as fine aggregate)

Supplying and filling gravelly earth for the inside of the basement including watering, ramming, consolidating etc complete as per standard specification.

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:2:4 using 20mm hard broken stone for Belt, lintel & roof slab etc including cost & conveyance of all materials hire charges for shuttering, labour charges for boxing, mixing, placing, ramming, watering, curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement & MS reinforcement.

MS reinforcement bent , tied and placed in position for all RCC works including all cost and conveyance of MS bars,binding wires, all labour charges,loading/ unloading charges etc complete as per standard specification.

Cement block Masonry using cement blocks for super structure above plinth level up to 3.00m level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand ). The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges, hire charges for tools and plants, loading-unloading charges, curing etc complete as per standard specification. but excluding cost of cement.

Fabrication,supply and fixing UPVC Good quality Openable (Single leaf / Double leaf) Door with Frame (1/3 rd Using 8mm plain glass) including slim type approved quality Locking systems,magnetic door catches, hydraulic door closers etc using 8mm thick plain glass for panels etc including all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, loading / unloading charges hire charges tools and plants etc complete as per standard specification

Fabrication,supply and fixing UPVC Good quality two track/three track sliding windows including suitable locking arrangemets, using 8mm thick plain glass for panelling etc including all cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, loading / unloading charges hire charges tools and plants etc complete as per standard specification.

Plastering in cm 1:3, 12mm thick one coat at all heights and levels floated hard and trowelled smooth including all cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges, providing necessary scaffolding, watering and curing etc complete as per standard specification but excluding cost of cement.
