H-879: Bridge window wiper fresh water line securing brackets corroded and deteriorated. Bridge window wiper fresh water line securing brackets to be renewed alongwith clamps (Qty – 12 nos., Material - MS). Material SRMO/ Firm supply. Inway job includes:- 1. Removal and re-fitment of bridge window wiper fresh water line. 2. Cutting of existing securing brackets. 3. Fabrication and welding of bridge window wiper fresh water line securing brackets along with clamps.

H-886: Briefing room table to be shifted in centre. Material firm supply. In-way job includes:- 1. Removal of Pergo flooring. 2. Removal of table and re-fixed in centre. 3. Cutting of microtech in centre position for welding of table securing stud arrangement. 4. Fabrication & welding of stud arrangement of fixing table. 5. Removal & re-fitment of overhead panels in 02 Officer’s cabin and Officer’s wash.

H-897: 03 in nos. Hurricane hawsers broken due to strain. Hurricane hawsers to be repaired by crimping and shackles as per sample. Material firm supply.

H-898: Water leakage observed from 01 in no. water mixing tap in Ship’s galley. Water mixing tap to be repaired and proved for any leakage.

H-899: 03 in nos. chain rope links and D shackles broken due to heavy strain. Chain rope to be repaired and D shackles to be renewed as per sample. Material firm supply.

H-900: Pressure testing, charging of Gun simulator CO2 cylinder carried out as per policy in vogue and certificate to be issued.

H-902: Fixed deck washing machine hose uprooted from coupling, coupling deteriorated and jammed. Hose to be repaired by crimping and coupling to be renewed as per sample. Material firm supply.

H-909: Captain’s Succession board to be updated by engraving as per sample. (Material -Brass).

H-910: Executive Officer succession board to be updated by stickering as per sample.

H-911: Jr. rating dining hall drain line chocked in AMR. Drain line to be removed, chemically cleaned and refitted. Length – 06 Mtrs. Material firm supply.
