Manning,Operation and maintenence of DG set & tube well operator ( FGM) including comprehansive and preventive maintenance including Sunday and Holiday of electrical panel, AMF panel, pumps and cleaning the surrounding area of installation as per following details :-

Tube Well No.01,Tube Well No.02 and DG Set 250 KVA (01 Nos.). (i) Ist Shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (ii) 2nd shift from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs.

Tube Well No- 05 at Children School and DG Set 100 KVA (01 No.) (i) Ist Shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (ii) 2nd shift from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs. (iii) 3 rd shift from 2200 Hrs to .0600 Hrs.

DG set 160 KVA (01 No) at Section Hospital amd DG Set 100 KVA (01 No.) at Signal Centre:- (i) Ist Shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs. (ii) 2nd shift from1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs. (iii) 3 rd shift from 2200 Hrs to .0600 Hrs.

Tube Well No.06 (14 ROU) and DG Set 100 KVA (01 Nos.). (i) Ist Shift from 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs (ii) 2nd shift from 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs.

Manning, Operation and maintenence of DG set 100 KVA (02 Nos) operator ( FGM) at Div HQ including comprehansive and preventive maintenance including Sunday and Holiday of electrical panel, AMF panel and pumps and cleaning the surrounding area of installation :- (i) Ist Shift from 0800 Hrs to 1600 Hrs. (ii) 2nd shift from 1600 Hrs to 2400 Hrs.

Notes for Sl No 1(1.10 to 1.40) and 2 Above :- (a) (i) Engine oil and diesel at required level shall be checked by the service provider / contractor and informed to JE/AGE E/M for any deficiency / top up which will be supplied by the department. (ii) The service provider/contractor shall check and maintain the level of distilled water in the battery and water in the radiator. Cost of these shall be included in the rate quoted. The contractor shall ensure that the service provider shall ensure the operation of DG set within 1 minute of power failure. (iii) Fuel oil will be provided and accounted by the department. (iv) Cleaning & grass cutting etc upto 50 mtrs surrounding area of DG Set & installations will be responsibility of the contractor and deemed to be inclusive of quoted rates, if found any necligency for maint of neat & clean of installation, Rs. 1500/- per month panelty shall be recovered in the RAR from contractor and as accounted by the department. (v) The cost of repair / replacement of minor parts for DG set of above capacity like battery terminals, clamps, distilled water, petroleum jelly, fuse wire etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the tenderer. (vi) The service provider on duty shall provide stationary and maintain necessary log sheet for operation of DG Set . The cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (vii) Operator should posses mobile for teleconversation with EIC/ JE concern. (b) (i) The service provider on duty shall wear proper uniform as approved by Engineer-in-Charge. The rate quoted shall be deemed to be inclusive of the same, if found any necligency for non wearing of uniform on duty of installation, Rs. 100/- per day panelty may be recovered in the RAR in favour of contractor and accounted by the department. (ii) Contractor shall pay wages to his workmen in their Aadhar linked bank account and statement of bank account or certificate/ receipt from the firm alongwith undertaking by the concerned workmen asking for payment other than cheque/ crediting to Bank account shall be submitted through Engineer-in-Charge while claiming RAR payment, for verification. No payment shall be made to contractor if required details are not submitted alongwith RAR, (iii) While providing services for maintenance and operation of installation, the contractor shall ensure technically qualified workmen (Govt ITI holder with 4 years experience) who is well conversant with the operation and normal repair of installations/ equipments. (iv) Payment to service provider shall be made on 7th day of each calender month. (v) No tradesmen shall be employed continuously for the same nature of work to avoid litigation at later stage. (vi) Reliever for service provider for National Holiday/ Sunday shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost. (vii) Any damages to switch gears and other equipments due to negligence of service provider such as loose connections/ improper routine check up/ maintenance etc, contractor shall be held fully responsible to repair/replace the damaged or burnt out switchgear etc at his own cost.
