Supply and laying chiller water pipe line in repaire of dia 80MM with nitrile rubber insulation 19mm thick including 26 gauge GI cladding over the pipeline made out of MS pipe Heavy Class pipe with all controls & fittings complete with materials along with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings such as tees, bends,etc adequately supported on rigid supports etc all as specified and directed. Make : Jindal, TATA, Swstik, Prakash, Zenith. Note: Any connected works related re-routing of existing chilled water piping lines, welding/fabrication/ cutting works shall be included in quoted rate.

Supply and installation in repair PN 1.6 Manual butterfly valve of sizes 200 mm with gasket/gland packing, nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed. Make : AUDCO, Castlers, Normax, L&T.

M & L, Checking of existing condition of air ducts making the arrangement of visualization and the cleaning process for disinfection for Indoor air quality of AC ducts including plenum box, supply air, return air ducts with robotic camera, compressed air with flipper, HEPA Negative machine, air compressor, various types of air nozzles all as specified and as directed. Note: Contract should submit photographs/ videos before and after the cleaning process in AC ducts.

M & L Sanitization of ducts by using fogging machine, Bio-cides so as to avoid fungal/Bacterial formation inside the ducts of AHU units/AHU rooms by using with permissable chemicals with suitable equipments complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dismantling of old unserviceable 3 way actuator valve from site and Supply, Installation, testing in replacement of three way control valve with actuator in a single body equipped with electronic modulating actuator working on 0-10 v DC, 4-20 mA electric signal/ existing at site all complete set and communication cable, semsor etc. The minimum close off pressure of actuator must be 1.5 times shut off head of pump as per specifications of following sizes. The valve shall be complete with digital type modulating thermostat (with NTC sensors) which will have provision of setting temperature. The valve system shall be complete with necessary control cabling between control transformer, valve and standalone thermostat. The valve shall be suitable for 40/50mm pipe size complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Siemens, Honeywell.

Supply and Fixing 26 gauge GI cladding type on external surface of chiller water pipeline of insulation including all fitting and fixtures and scaffolding equipments complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Jindel / JSW

Supply and replacement of damaged thermal insulation of chilled water pipe upto 250mm size with new 50 mm thk EPS pipe sections glued with hot bitumen or CPRX compound after cleaning the damaged area. wrapping the new insulated area with polythene sheet and chicken mesh as a vapor barrier and matching with existing insulation all as per standards and as directed. Material and labour for providing eco friendly vapor barrier for HVAC ducts by applying fevicol make non flammable, low VOC, anti fungal, water based lag coating on the duct surface uniformly by brush or spreader, wrap the duct with 7 mils thick canvas or glass fiber cloth tightly with overlapping for avoiding air gaps, allow to dry and apply an additional coating over the duct in similar method all as per standard and as directed, Make : Fevicol AC duct King lag coating AF5590

M & L Steel structural fabrication works fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts,cable trays,clamps bolts,washers, welding ,bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primary coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Installation of Powder coated Aluminium diffusers/ grills including supply and return. Collar damper to be provided for supply all as specified and directed. Make : systemair/ cosmic.

Supply, assembly and erection of GI sheet of size 22 Gauge(0.80mm) with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L'shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete. Make : Jindal/ JSW

Taking down AHU puff panel, cooling coil, filters, cooling coil pan and necessary repair to panels to arrest air leak, packing, refixing/replacing of door hinges, handles, gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

General servicing of AHU by cleaning the internal parts in general, greasing the blower and motor bearings, pressure cleaning the cooling coil using an alkaline-based cleaning agent, cleaning the drain tray, repair/replacement of drain pan and arrest water leak, cleaning the Y strainers, rechecking the motor and pulley alignment incl replacement of V belts, and checking the performance of the AHU all as per standard and as directed.

M & L for taking down AHU blower from the site, replacement of bearings and bearing supports, cleaning the surface and aligning the blades for smooth functioning and refixing after repair, refixing of belt, alignment with motor, recommissioning all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for leak testing of existing cooling coil of capcaity upto 150TR, arresting the leaks of cooling coil by forced pressuring water incl pipe cutting works, brazing works, aligning fins and repairs to insulation complete all as specified and as directed by EIC.

Dismantling old cooling coil from AHU unit of capacity upto 40 TR by disconnecting refrigerant gas/chilled water pipe line and supply and fix new cooling coil of same size and capacity existing at site including connections, all fabrication works and testing and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Re arranging the cables and wirings inside the AHU room and control panel using necessary clamps, ties, pvc cable clamps/ties all as per standards and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stainless steel analouge pressure gauge for existing pipe lines and plants as per suitable (dia) size and model including siphon and valve where required at site complete all as specified and directed. Make : H Guru/ G guru/ Baumer

Supply aand fixing in replacement of temperature gauges for existing pipe lines of central AC plants as per suitable size and model complete all as specified and directed. Make : H Guru/ G guru/ Baumer

M&L for removal of grid type false ceiling along with grid and refixing in any location and height and refixing after ducting/ insulation/ duct cleaning works with due care and refixing in same location all as per directed by EIC Note:- Any damge occurred during the dismantling and refitting shall be replaced by contractor without any additional cost

M & L for Preparing surfaces plastered or unplastered by washing,brooming down or wire brushing and applying one coat of acrylic washable distemper on old decorated surfaces on walls including cornices etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortor bedding complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Vitrified Ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/ectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

S&F Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300x250x7mm thick or 450/350/7mm thick .in dado incl 10mm thick back coat in CM 1:4 etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement with pigment.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED tube lights,230Volt,20W along with copper cable as required for connecting existing points at inside AC plants/AHUs complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters with frames of size exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing from site complete as directed.
