Strengthening to the 368/8 for NH45 to Pommampatty via Maratchireddiyapatty (R -30 -Km 0/0-2/0) Picking the existing mettaled surface and sectioning including all labour charges etc, complete.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes ,scrubs,saplings and trees of girths upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlie and disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness as per technical specification clause 201 in all etc complete

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank within initial lead of 10m & initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders SS .20.A

Providing and laying including cost and conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction at Optimum moisture content and hire fuel charges for powerroller, watersprinkler and all other incidental charges such as traffic barricading and providing dangerlights etc. comp for side berms KM - 0/0-1/0

Applying PRIMECOAT over WMB/ WMM surface at 7.00Kg of SS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. Comp.

Applying TACK COAT over Primed WMM surface at 2.5Kg of RS-1 Bitumen Emulsion / 10 sq.m including labour for spraying, hire charges for bitumen sprayer etc. complete

Providing and laying 50mm consolidated thick bituminous macadam using 0.20cum fo 26.50-13.20mm,0.43cum of 13.20-2.36mm and 0.08cum of 2.36mm & below size IRCmetal with 37Kgs of bitumen for pre mixing per 10sqm including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 to CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher/ 9m paver finisher,Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required ,including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification

Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00-9.50mm,0.17cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of bitumen per 10 sqm including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler,tipper trucks,Paver Finisher/9m paverfinisher,Vibratory/Pneumatic roller and all other tools and plant required,including fuel and all other incidental chargesetc., complete as per specification

Road Marking by providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic Compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Supplying and fixing Kilometer Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Supplying and fixing Hecta Metre stones including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Supplying and fixing Name board including painting and lettering as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete

Providing and erecting of Retro - Reflectorised Cautionary, Mandatory and informatory signs (without definition board) including all charges etc. 60 cm Equilateral triangle cautionary signboard

Towards the charges for routline maintenance of the road work executed under MGSMT including dressing of berms by refilling the gully with the earth from borrow pits, cleaning of wild seasonal growth on berms, destilting of side drains and CD works, white washing guard stones, painting of KM, HM stones, parapets, cutting of branches of trees, refixing displaced guard stones, caution boards, speed limit boards etc., with the periodicity for the above activities as prescribed in IRCSP- 20:2002 and as directed by the departmental officers except for the constructional defects which has to be rectified by the contractor at his own cost For the First Year from the date of completion of work
