Dismantling of conservator, radiators, OLTC, HV bushing, jumpers etc. and draining of transformer oil and filling of Nytrogen gas at main tank of transfomer
Dragging and loading of transformer on truck including shifting of transformer from plinth to main road, making way of transformer, filling of soil, stone etc. wherever is required for bringing the transformer safely.
Transportation of transformer from 132KV S/s, Bhowali to repair site including cost of unloading, transit insurance, taking all required permissions from road authorities etc.
Lifting of core assembly and dismantling of Old HV, LV & TV windings, cleaning of core, lamination, tank etc.
Reassembly of new HV, LV, TV and Tap coil windings including cost of new HV, LV, TV and Tap coil complete including matching all parameters winding resistance, percentage impedance etc. as per old transformer. Considering cred for old winding approx. weight of HV Leg Coil - 770 Kg. Approx. weight of LV Leg Coil - 630 Kg. Approx. weight of TV Leg Coil - 189 Kg. Approx. weight of Tap Leg Coil - 330 Kg.

Routine testing at repair site of transformer as per IS/IEC:2026/1977 including (Turn ratio, Winding resistance, Insulation, Ten Delta, Magnetic current, SFRA) etc.
Transportation of repaired transformer from repair site to 132KV S/s, Bhowali including cost of transit insurance, taking all required permissions from road authorities etc.
Shifting/dragging of transformer from main road to plinth including making way of transformer filling of soil, stone, CC work etc. wherever is required for bringing the transformer safely.
Installation of transformer including fixing of conservator, radiator, OLTC, bushings, all jumpers, control wiring, oil filtration of transformer etc.
Testing of transformer as per IS 2026 including (Trun ration, Winding resistance, Insulation, Ten Delta, Magnetic current, SFRA etc.)
