Masonry works in CM (1:6) Proportion with fly ash Cement Solid blocks of size 290X225X140mm for Manufacturing of Fly ash Solid blocks using fly ash of 80 kgs, Cement of 15kgs gyspum of 5kgs and stone dust including cost and conveyance of all Materials and labour charges, scaffolding and curing charges etc.. complete with a Compressive strength of not less than 50kg/Sqm for walls.

Painting to the walls with 2 coats of Acrylicemulsion paint of exterior Grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 Grams per liter of approved brand and shads including one coat of cement primer after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for External Walls. Supply and fabrication of MS framed structure like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows, Gates, MS Frame for chain link mesh works, Roof Trusses by using square / rectangular MS hollow section as per IS 4923 & Angles as per SP:6(1) IS Hand book, including cost of welding rods, power charges, labour charges for cutting, placing, welding and erecting in position and fixing, cost & convenience of all materials including wastage to site and complete for finished item of work -- [PARENT ITEM, see sub-components below]

Painting with Synthetic Enamel paint TWO Coats of approved quality colour & graded-I over a primary coat of read oxide paint of grade-II to new steel works after the surface are thoroughly cleaned & scrapped including primary coat item of work, cost & conveyance of all Material, Labour charges etc. as per S.S & as directed by the departmental authorities for finished item of work - 10 Sq.M.
