M&L for Repair/maint of the HT circuit braker ( RMU ,11 KV, 630 Amps, SF-6 enclosed and outdoor type-06 Nos) by authorised rep of OEM (ABB) , the repair/maint includes calibration/setting of OC/EF relay as per peak load of the feeder , servicing of mechanical system, bus bars, CTs with internal wiring of control panels, indicators, tripping system, auto closer of motors etc including greasing of all mechanical compenents and removing all types of dust and settled dirt by means of required T&P. Note : (a) The authorised rep of original equipment manufactor will be visit immediately after acceptance of contract and the servicing/caliberation record will be maint/kept in the HT installations duly signed by Engineer-in-charge (b) The firm is liable to carry out the repair/tests at site (c) All type of T&P to replace unserviceable compenent will be the responsibility of the contactor. (d) The replaced components will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of the schedule. (e) The components are to be procured from the original manufacture with approval of Garrison Engineer.(f) The RMUs shall be sealed properly from bottom to prevent enter rats and other insects by using necessary packing. Dismantling and taking down existing unserviceable Gang operated switch complete including dropout fuse set from RCC / Steel tubular (Single/ 2 Pole/ 3 Pole/ 4 Pole) pole structures complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable Lightining arrestors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down rusted / corroded Cross arms any shape and size from PCC/ Steel Tubular Poles including nut bolts clamps complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down worn out Pin / Disc insulators 11 Kv any shape and size from PCC/Steel tubular poles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross-arms, Bracings, Supports, Clamps and Back Plates fabricated from Structural Steel Sections including Nuts, Bolts, Washer, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for Bolts, in any shape or size as indicated/ directed and inclusive of two coats of Aluminium Paint over a Coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Composite Polymer Air Break Gang Operated for 11 KV grade, Triple Pole vertically mounted and fitted on steel frame suitabe for, current rating 200 Amps, mechanically operated mechanism consisting of Operating Rod of GI Pipe 25mm bore (dia) ‘light grade’ of suitable Length worked From Ground Level and with Locking Arrangement Mild Steel Flat Iron Clamp 50x6mm including Expulsion Fuse, Triple Pole, Channel type/ drop out type suitable as per Site requirement with Working Pressure 11 KV grade of capacity 50 to 100 Amps including taking down unserviceable Fuse , complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe /Cables etc complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/oose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the strating point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for clean dry sand, washed and screened dry for cushioning to under ground cable in tenches below and around under ground cable including spreading and levelling complete as specified and directed.

M&L for Boring/Drilling (Horizontally) manually/mechanically under existing road (Maximum 10 M in width) suitable for passing GI tubing of 40 to 100 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV, type - I, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40 mm all as specified and directed.

M&L for pin point fault finding of existing under ground HT cable by using cable thumping method or suitable method all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down unserviceable/faulty HT UG cable for fault finding or replacing from pole or in trench all as specified and directed.Note 1.Excavation work will be measured and paid separately under respecive item of schedule. 2. Serviceable cable and PCC cable cover shall be relaid under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L Relaying of serviceable UG Cables of any size obtained from item No- 20 in trenches/poles/walls complete all as specified and directed. .NOTE : Earthworks, Sand Cushioning, New PCC cable cover, GI Pipe, etc. will be measured and paid under appropriate Items.

M&L relaying of serviceable PCC cable cover obtained from item No 20 all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & laying HT XLPE Cable, insulated, screened, PVC bedded, Galvanised Steel Strip or Wire armoured, Electic Power Cable (heavy duty) with Aluminium Conductor, conforming to IS:7098 (Part II), 11 KV, ‘Earthed Grade, cross-sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 Core, laid in Pipe/ Ducts/ Trenches/ under Floor/under Road including Testing, complete all as specified and as directed. Dehydration/ filtration of transformer oil of Capacity 50 KVA to 2 MVA with ultra high vacuum filteration machine and checking dielectric strength (BDV) all as specified .Refilling the transformer oil in the shell of transformer after carrying out filtration and heating up oil to achive reqd dielectric strength up to 60 KV with 2.5 mm Gap and submitting the test result before and after filteration of oil in presence of departmental rep on proper proforma duly signed by the contractor and all concerned.

Supply and fill Transformer oil with high viscosity , high resistance to oxidation & thermal stability maintaining BDV Value of 55-60 KV in 2.5mm rod gap complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Contractor shall provide the test certificate and purchase voucher of transformer oil before starting of refilling of transformer oil work.

S & F dehydrating breather for 50-160 KVA transformer with dehydrating agent (Silica gel) including taking down existing breather complete all as specified.

All as per Item No- 34 , but for 200-250 KVA transformer

M&L for Strip opening of transformer of capacity 50 to 160 KVA, 11 KV /433 volts indoor /outdoor type of any make after unscrewing nuts & bolts, screws and connected accessories such as breather, conservator tank, temp gauge etc. for replacement of defective parts such as replacement of leaking gaskets, replacement of worn out/burnt out studs, checking and cleaning of contacts of tap changer and re-assembling the transformer after replacing the defective parts/repair complete all as directed. Notes : (i) Replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule as supply only. (ii) The repair/strip opening of transformers shall be carried out at site of its installation without taking down/removal of transformer from the site of installation.

Disconnecting all in coming and outgoing cables, removing the transformer of capacity 100-400 KVA from the platform / two pole structure / floor and loading it in the vehicle carefully using crane and transporting it to the contractor's workshop, carry out the required repairs and transport the transformer back to the site , install it, reconnect all the incoming and out going cables by properly crimping using lugs of suitable size, taping the LT / HT bushes / bus bars, using LT / HT insulation tape and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge Note :- (a) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost for temporarily connecting a transformer to be provided by the department by transporting from the location as directed by EIC to the location of the transformer being repaired and shifting the same back after installation of repaired transformer complete as directed by EIC. (b) The cost of transportation of 2 transformers between Existing location and the Workshop is deemed to be included in the unit price. (c) Gasket set, LT/HT side porcelein / ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side , rewinding, dehydration of oil (if required) shall be measured and paid separately in respective items. (d) Defective Transformer to be opened in work shop in presence of Eng in Charge and diagnosis the fault. Also after repair testing at workshop and at site to be done in presence of Eng in Charge and as mentioned in PS on Page No 112 & 113 of tender document. Test report shall be made before and after repair of transformer duly signed by contractor, Eng in Charge and Work shop Engineer and same shall be produced before claiming the payment.

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as 100 mm thick in sub floors and sub base floors and paving complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for restringing/tilting, clamping, bending, jumpering etc to remove excess sag of loose ACSR overhead line using essential T&P such as manila rope, puller and teipod etc upto permissible sag between two poles continuously upto termination point. Note- 1. Three runs of ACSR shall be measured as one unit. 2. Span Between two consecutive poles shall be measured as one unit upto 80 mtrs. 3. The cost of use of required tools and safety equipments is deemed to be included in this unit price.

Labour for trimming/cutting to small tree branches girth not exc 30cm upto minimum 2 Mtr clearance, tightening to stay stand in proper angle complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. Note- 1. Span Between two consecutive poles shall be measured as one unit. 2. The cost of use of required tools and safety equipments is deemed to be included in this unit price.

Material and labour for painting to steel tubular pole 11.0 metre long with two coats of synthetic enamel paint up to below 1.5M from Top edge and 1.50 metre height from ground level in 30 cm alternative black and red strips and remaining portion with two coats of aluminium paint incl numbering of pole no by stensils and MS frames like channel,clamps, angle, D-clamps etc with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M S Clamps, bolt and nut approved size for HT poles, 25x25cm size including taking out old unserviceable danger notice plate complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5M below normal ground level connected to galvanised steel strip 32 mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized steel and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed and including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1, pre-cast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 cover slab 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm (Reinforced with 8 mm dia. TMT bars @ 150 mm, center to center both ways) with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia. MS bar, provision of funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized steel tubing (Medium grade) for watering, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, 40 mm bore galvanized steel tubing light grade for protection of earth lead connection, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and including necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) complete as specified and directed. Note: (i) If sand found in the depth of 2.25 M during excavation agricultural soil to be filled after removal of sand the cost shall be deemed be included the quoted rate. M&L for GI strip 32x6 mm as earth continuity lead beyond test point fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit pipe complete all as specified and directed including taking down old u/s corroded GI strip

Cutting of green growth and wild grass by manual labour or by machine at electrical installation premises,around the pole,along the fencing,removing rubbish from the site of work and depositing where directed not exc 100 Mtr from the starting point. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The item can be operated in the same location more than once as per requirement in the entire period of the contract and the measurement will be taken every time independently for the payment.

Supply & Fix in replacement syntheic mat of size 2m x 1m x 2.5 mm including taking out old Unseveciable Syntheic mat all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in repair cable route markers made out of PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate size 900 x 300 x 100 mm thick (60 cm buried in ground with "DANGER/11 KV UG CABLE MES" embossed on marker including excavation and earth work complete all as directed.

M&L Paint to existing HT bus bar chamber of any type complete with two coat of weather proof synthetic enamel paint after preperation of the surface by scrapping emery paper complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work using sub class B old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6.00 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified.

15mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete external surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound of approved make (Approved by GE) as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately against respective item of BOQ

Preparation of new surfaces of wall (including cornices, pilasters etc) and applying three coat of whitewash complete all as specified.

Preparation of old surfaces of wall (including cornices, pilasters etc) and applying two coat of whitewash complete all as specified.

M&L for fixing the name boardfabricated with PVC Sheet 2mm thick of size 1.5x3 feet and fixed suitable GI Clamp on 2/4 pole structure including writing the detail of Sub Stn and feeder etc with blue background & white colour Letter as directed by Engr -in Charge.

Dismantling of old jumper,including supply and fixing new HT XLPE insulated 11 KV grade aluminium jumper 120 sqmm connection not less than 2 mtrs including cable lugs,nut bolts and washer completeincluding testing on completion all as specified and directed by Engr- in -Charge.

M & L for Taking down transformer oil level indicator assembly from conservator Tank of transformer 50 KVA to 400 KVA Capacity from posn for making visibility of oil level by lowering oil level in conservator including cleaning thoroughly changing of gasket and acrylic sheet fixing back in posn refilling the removed oil as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for shifting of HT bus bar chamber in the area of responsibility of AGE E/M (N) including taking out HT cable connections and fixing at new site with necessary HT cable connections all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: Necessary transportation arrangements for shifting and refixing of HT panel shall deemed be including

NOTES: 1. The amount of schedule of credit shall be deducted from the total of this BOQ for arriving at contract sum. 2. The rates for RCC/PCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork, shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the item. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
