M&L for sunken floor treatment as in following precedence (i) Provide PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate upto 150mm height on vertical surfaces and horizontal surfaces both of beams and slab and provide a PVC relief pipe (spout) of 40mm dia beyond 300mm from external face of the beam of sunken portion. (ii) The existing sunken floor is to be dismantled up to full depth of Sunken RCC Slab and the surfaces both vertical and horizontal shall be cleaned by removing all loose mortar, laitance, dirt, dust etc. by chisel, hammer, wire brush/Jute Brush and Air Blower machine than apply two coats of elastomeric compound viz back bond WPC-30 over one coat on neat primer i.e. Super latex Conchem be applied on clean surface. (iii) Then rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:3 using liquid water proofing compound @ rate 200 ml per 50 Kg bag of cement on horizontal and vertical surfaces of sunken portion. (iv) Then fill the remaining sunken portion with PCC 1:5:10 using brick aggregates including fixing sanitary items requiring embedding in cement concrete. (v) The sunken floor tested for leakage/seepage by ponding it with water for minimum 72 hrs.

M&L for providing and injecting chemical emulsion for Post Constructional Anti termite Treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 Iitres per sqm of the vertical surface of the sub-structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring including all accessories without disturbing existing wiring fittings fixtures etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces all as directed and as specified in any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
