RequiredTenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity is equal to AXNX 5 minus B for the detail refer the tender document

RequiredThe selected bidder should produce MDP Copy while submitting the Bill from the Competitive Authority authorized by the Mines and Geology Department of Karnataka 5 times of royalty amount 40percentag of extra amount of royalty amount and 10percentage of royalty amount deducted towards of Mines Department in the absence MDP. As per Govt order Ltr No. M and GD DCB 2023 24 Dt 07.11.2023

RequiredThe intending bidder should have in last 5 years that is from 2021 22 to 2025 26 satisfactorily complete at least 90 per of the contract value as a prime contractor at least any type of civil construction works of value not less than 25 percent of the estimated approximate amount to tender of Rs 12.00 lks The Work done certificates obtained from the officer not below rank of EE should be upload to the present value of the year 2025 26 of 10 percent per annum

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The selected bidder should produce MDP Copy while submitting the Bill from the Competitive Authority, authorized by the Mines and Geology Department of Karnataka. 5 times of royalty amount 40% of extra amount of royalty amount and 10% of royalty amount deducted towards of Mines Department in the absence MDP. (As per Govt order Ltr No. M&GD/DCB/2023-24 Dt:07.11.2023)

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

GST: The amount put to tender is excluding GST. The bidder should quote for the amount put to tender. However GST will be paid separately as per the applicable laws subject to the conditions mentioned in the Govt. circular No. FD 417 EXP-12/2024 dated 09-08-2024

Each of the documents uploaded to the kpp-portal should be self attested by the contractor or an authorized representative in case of firm/company.

The contractor should neither make any alteration in the conditions of contract or not stipulate any conditions of his own.

Evaluation will be done based on the information provided by the contractor as per the document uploaded through kpp portal the correctness of the uploaded document will be verified if necessary.

The bidders shall ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of kpp portal on or before the last date of bid submission (Through Electronic Media)

Any bidders who is otherwise technically qualified withdraws from the bidding process at any stage before a final decisions taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited, the name of such bidder shall be removed from the category list of contractors at least for a minimum period of one year in KNNL, besides making such bidders liable for black listing.

Any of the bidder who withdraws from the bidding process after completion of tender submission date at any stage before a final decision taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited and the name of such bidder shall be barred from participation in any of the tenders invited by KNNL thereafter

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders.

The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of kpp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches

Even though the agency / firm meets the qualifying criteria, they are subjected to disqualification if they have made misleading or false representations in the forms, statements and attachments submitted in proof of the qualification requirements and incomplete filling of details in the prequalification document

The evaluation of pre-qualification will be done based on the information provided by the contractor as per the documents uploaded through KPP Portal. The correctness of the uploaded documents will be verified if necessary

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The Officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tender without assigning any reason whatsoever

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting the tender.

Karnataka Neeravari Nigam Ltd., Reserves the right to verify the correctness of the statements and documents furnished and inspect the jobs executed by the agency/firm, if found necessary.

The Tenders are invited as per Standard tender Document .(SBD)

All relevant documents as per the KNNL need to be uploaded while submitting bid in general documents provision in kpp portal.

Bidders should not be under any declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka.

Scanned Signature of the Bidder / Authorized Representative in case of firm / company to be attached while uploading bid documents along with valid power of attorney.

The officer competent to accept the tenders shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason and whatsoever.

The contractor should adhere to the accepted execution plan submitted by his under any circumstances without linking to the pending payment of the work & also Land acquisition problems if any.

Tenders from joint ventures are not acceptable.

Relevant documents must be uploaded wherever necessary

If any of the dates mentioned in the calendar of events happened to be general holiday, the next working day holds good for the event

Bidder should having Annual Turnover of more than Rs.100.00 crores shall submit GST E-Invoice, while claiming the Bills under the above work.

Typo-graphical errors, if any, will not be the ground for any claims by the Contractor.

EMD of the unsuccessful bidders will be refunded only after the acceptance of the tenders by the competent authority (Clause 18 of the formal tender notice adopted version of KPWD form-66).

The contractor should mention their recent correct postal address & mail address in declaration forms.

The tender processing charges paid by the bidders are not refundable even if the tenders are cancelled

The contractors/Firm shall send the authorization letter for their representatives duly attesting their signature.

Incomplete tender documents will be rejected.

Corrigendum will be published in the KPP Portal / News paper for all modifications / corrections, if any
