M&L for taking down existing steel window shutter and refixing in he same opening after necessary repair work for smooth functioning and fixing stay, handle, hinges etc including necessary welding and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing complete all as specified and directed Note : Glass panes/ wiremesh will be measured and paid separately

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description and removing debris or roughening surface of old roof by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 on RCC roof slab including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed (WPC Shall be measured and paid separately).

Supply and laying of APP based polymeric membrane minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric 180 grams per sqm over a bitumin primer and prepared surfaces with transversed lap, longitudional lap and end lap fully torching the joints and providing protecting layer all as per manufacture's instruction.All the materials shall be of same make and application shall be done by authorised applicatros according to manufacture's instructions complete over and applying one coat of aluminium paint over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound

M&L for providing a name plate of size 900mm x 600mm with 20mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on external walls of bldg and engraving with Name of Contractor, CA No, Date of Completion and Expiry date of Guarantee period and Bldg/Qtr No complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing 50 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm agg. ) in plinth potection

S&F one piece vitreous china EWC with soft seat cover and twin flush fitting push type (Integral flush vitreous china) floor mounted complete with trap.

Taking down carefullly existing rolling shutter/collapsible gate and refixing in same opening after necessary minor repair, greasing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including preparation of steel surface area exe. 25 Sqm but not exc 35 Sqm. Units rate shall be inclusive of making good disturbed surfaces. (Note : New lathe of rolling shutter shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F in repair 1.25mm thick mild steel Lathe made to shape to match with existing Lathe. Complete all as directed but Engr-in-Charge.
