For beyond initial 1 Km & up to 10.00 Km & for all lifts. L=10 km

Local carriage of boulder, metal, gravel/sand etc. from the approachable site beyond 150 m and up to 3.00 Km from the work site including loading from stack and unloading at work site with 10 (Ten) ton capacity truck, supplying P.O.L. etc. complete as directed.

Uprooting bamboo clumps where bamboo already removed including removing stumps to a minimum distance of 30 m etc., complete as directed.

Filling and laying of Geo bags of size 1.03 m × 0.70 m including excavation of sand/silt of size more than 80 micron from flood plain or adjacent chars within a distance of 90 m of the work site, filling geo bags with sand/silt having minimum weighing 126.00 Kg and minimum volume 0.084 Cum after filling, double locking chain stitching the mouth of the filled bags with polypropylene thread by power driven double needle double stitched machine, stacking the same in batches of 100, carrying the same to the dumping site including all handling charges and local carriage within a distance of 150 m and laying properly as directed. Construction of temporary shed of two roof with mud plinth of 0.45 m height above ground level with Bhaluka bamboo post 1.5 m apart, driven at least 0.75 m below ground and height above plinth of 2.5 m. Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective sign boards of size 1.22 m × 0.76 m made up of 4 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - IV of ASTM-D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (Bi -lingual), symbols and borders etc. as per IRC: 67-2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to Class - 2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20 cm C/C to back support frame of M.S. angle iron of size 25 × 25 × 3 mm along with theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 2 nos. of 900 mm thick pipe vertical post (AISI 202 Grade) of length 3750 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 30 cm × 30 cm × 30 cm etc. complete. and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing M.S. message plate of required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of Zinc chromate yellow primer (Vertical post to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over and including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc. complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
