Excavation in trenches, n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m depth in soft/ loose soil for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc and getting out complete all as specified an directed.

All as per item No 01 above but exceeding 1.5 deep and not exceeding 3m deepcomplete all as specified an directed.

M&L for returing filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified an directed.

Removing of excavated material (Soil) to a distance exc 250m but not exceeding 500 mtr and depositing at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting points complete all as specified an directed

M&L for reinforced Precast cement concrete(1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in landing , cover slab (for manholes, shelves), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs , mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces incluing necessary form work , & set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including demolition of old RCC covers of any description complete all as specified an directed. Note:-Reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately in respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar, 10 mm dia & Over , cut to length, bent to shape require, including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns ,hooking ends and binding with Mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framed work and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gd E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/ concrete surface on wall with using liquid water proofing compound and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed Note:- WPC shall be measured & paid for separately as “Supply only item under respective items of Sch "A"/BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles, first quality (or approved class, colour and design/shade) of size 300x 450x 7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick in vertical surfaces, as in dado/skirting etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 rough finish to receive the tiles including dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing debris and rubbish off the premises .complete all as specified and directed.
