All work upto plinth level: PCC (1:5:10) Nominal Mix (Cement:Fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 40mm size nominal machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials for finished item of work, but excluding Centering Scaffolding, Shuttering

VRCC M20 Grade Nominal mix by using 20 mm HBG machine crushed chips and including cost and conveyance of materials to site and all labour charges for Machine mixing, concrete laying, centering, vibrating and curing etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication.

Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with Bricks with traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms 2nd class: Brick Masonry 230 mm thick with Cement Mortar (1:6) prop. (Cement:Sand) using Common Burnt Clay Bricks Non-Modular of traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cm 2nd Class from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 3.5 N/sq.mm. including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete as per drawing and Technical specifications cluase APSS 504 for finished item of work or as directed by Engineer-in Charge for panel walls in Super-Structure, parapet walls.

Supplying Fixing TMT bars (Lap splicing) - Providing Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 415 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying excluding sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Plastering 12 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Plastering 20 mm thick in single coat in CM (1:5) including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, and all operational, incidental charges on materials and including cost of all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, cutting Grooves etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, sales other taxes on all materials, complete as per the drawing, technical specification clauses APSS 901, 903 904 for finished item of work or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Brick Wall and RCC exposed faces.

Painting:-2) Exterior walls are painted with one coast of primer and 2 coats of exterior emulsion paint .

Painting with synthetic enamel paint for New Iron work with 1 coat Red oxide primar and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911

Supply and fixing in position M.S Ornamental Grill Gates using M.S flats, square rods, angles etc., of approved design weighing, including necessary cuttings, bending, fabrication, welding grinding, and finishing smooth including cost of making holes in RCC or Masonry works and making good the same where ever necessary, including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges and all other incidental and operational charges etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.
