Providing & fixing of Fire doors shall be provided in the openings where shown on drawings. Fire doors shall be 44mm thick steel fire rated doors of 120 minutes fire rating fabricated with 2 nos. 1.0mm thick galvanized sheet with infill of fire rated proprietory insulation filler and both faces of sheet with lock seam joints at stile edges and internal reinforcement at top, bottom and stile edges for fire rating. The door frames shall be manufactured from 1.6mm thick galvanized steel sheet pressed form of single rebate profile of size 100mm X 50mm (nominal). The door frames and door shutters shall be primed with etch primer and finished with PU/Powder coating. To check validity of guarantee, the following information will be inscribed on each building on a plate/ Board of 450 mm x 300 mm size prepared by plastering on the plastered surface with 20 mm thick in cement and sand mortar (1:4) at such a place and in such a manner as approved by the PM. Date of expiry of guarantee shall be calculated or computed from the physical date of completion of the buildings as certified by the PM.
