Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m. Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls,return walls, walls (any thickness) including attachedpilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts,buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets,sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the costof centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Brick work with common burnt clay machine moulded perforated bricks of class designation 12.5conforming toIS: 2222 in superstructure above plinth level up to floorfive level in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarsesand) :With F.P.S.(non modular) bricks

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand): Flush / Ruled/ Struckor weathered pointing

Provision for 20 mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sandpapering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built upsections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat ofapproved steel primer all complete

Provision for supplying /purchasing of PVC different capacity dustbins (100 ltr+) with approved quality & brand by the engineer in-charge for proper solid & disposal waste management at site including transportation, fitting & fixing charges, GST and all taxes etc completed

Provision for good quality Granite stone for preparing of CNB including transportation, fixing charges, GST, andall taxes etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer incharge .

Provision for supplying C.I benches for visitors with approved design by the engineer in-charge including transportation, fitting & fixing charges, GST and all taxes etc completed and deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Provision for 15 W solar street light with all accessories including underground wiring, lilon batteries up to 9 hours backup time Lumen 130, 60 w solar panel with 5 m GI pole & 5 mtr barbed wire (2 years warranty) etc to illuminate the pathways of monument as per requirementof site with transportation, fitting & fixing charges,installation, GST, and all taxes etc all complete as perdirection of the Engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/cfixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waistslab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective overhead signage boards made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTM-D-4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67- 2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position allcompleteas per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-incharge.(Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately.Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Provision for repairing of one sculpture shed with required materials as per direction of engineer in-chargeat Shyam sundar ashram tilla .(Whole job)

Provision for supplying good quality locks (link atoot pad double locking system) for the gate of temple & toilets for security purpose at night.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form work for : Columns, piers,abutments, pillars, posts and struts.
