Deep screening of track ballast confirming to the technical specifications and scope of work for deep screening with all items complete as defined therein vide para 4.0 of the technical specifications Vol.II of the tender document with contractor’s tools and labour.

1st through packing including giving the general lift as desired to eliminate on 2nd day of deep screening (track para-meter should be suitable to 15 km. per hour). Qty same as item No. 1

2nd through packing general lift upto 25 mm of 3rd day of deep screening so as to make a track fit for speed of 30 km. per hour.Qty same as item No. 1

Dismantling and removal from track existing CI/Steel/wooden sleeper with fitting & stacking the same at specified place within depot as per directions of Engg- Incharge.

Disposal of surplus earth by mechanical transport including loading transporting un-loading & stacking levelling up to a lead of 2 km and all lift.

Supplying & fixing of pre-stressed concrete sleeper (P.S.C) 2750 mm long fit for B.G siding including necessaary fittings like pandrol clips, rubber pads, and metal liners confirming to IRS specifications and complete in all respect .Qty sme as item No 4

supplying and stacking of approved quality of stone ballast of 50 mm gauge for track on cess along the track in the private siding of FCI confirming to para- 9.0 to 9.8 of technical specifications vol. II

spreading out of stone ballast from stacks at different locations including carriage of blast within the depot premises to work spot including loading & unloading the ballast, dressing , levelling etc. with contractor’s labours, tools & plants etc. with all leads & lifts as directed by the engineers-in – charge.Qty same as item No 6
