Notes:- (i) The Filth/sludgewill be lifted from tank and loaded and unloaded in their own vehicle by using their own tools and mechineries and will be unloaded at the designated place properly. (ii) Rates for all equipment ,manpower,vehicle and safety equipments required to complete the job is deemed to be quoted in the rates. (iii) Any damage done to the structure of piping or any equipment contractor will be sole responsible to replace the same with identical. (iii) Work will not be permitted to commence without safety measures and equipment to the workers for where Engr-in-charge will give go ahead to comence the work. (iv) Contractor has to ensure proper safety/proper supervision during entire process and sole responsible for any damages.
Material and labour for cleaning the Raw sewage RCC sumps of following sizes by Dewatering the sump, removal of sand/muddy water/ sewage sludge by using sludge pumps, removal of left out sludge from the floor, transport & deposit of sludge at designated place/dump yard, Spraying of Non-toxic, bio-degradable, eco-friendly anti-bacterial agent to disinfect the tank from all harmful pathogens including one coat of white wash on inside surfaces after removing hard stains/scales from inside walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes : i. The contractor has to rectify all minor complaints on same day/major complaints within 2 days, otherwise a penalty of Rs. 1000/Hr of water supply interrupted incase of Engr-In-Charge is not satisfied with delay reasons. ii. Contractor has to arrangement temporary availability of water supply by connection with hose pipe, collar,etc upto rectification of water supply lines without extra cost. iii. The contractor should keep spares in hand for attending emergency complaints.
