Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed .

All as per Sl item No.01 above but for depth exceeding 1.5m but not exceeding 3.0m

All as per Sl item No.01 above but for depth exceeding 3.0m but not exceeding 4.50m

All as per Sl item No.01 above but for depth exceeding 4.50m but not exceeding 6.00m

All as per Sl item No.01 above but for depth exceeding 6.00m but not exceeding 7.50m

Returning, filling in soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed .

Removal of surplus excavated material ( soils) to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified as directed.

Demolition of stone / PCC block masonry built in cement mortar and removal unserviceable materials, debris, rubbish to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Stone walling of random rubble , uncoursed well bonded, bedded as in retaining walls , abutments and similar work built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and similar work including attached pillasters, butteress etc., vertical or batter for flat surfaces finished for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

TMT CRS bars, 10mm dia & over, cut to length, bent to required shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips completed all as specified and as directed.

RCC M-30 design mix as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like any thickness;,above top of footings including attached pilasters and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Work in respect of Sl item No. 8,9,10,11,12 and 13 above are to be working in water / liquid mud conditions, accordingly the unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include this aspect and Nothing shall be paid any extra on this account.

Broken stone or boulders with hand packing ( any thickness) at back of walls over arches etc., and raising (or lowering ) to the required level completed all as specified and as directed.

Removal of mud / liquid mud from open well up to 7.5mtr depth by means of crane / winch / manual chain pully including pumping of water for removing the mud / liquid mud and removing to out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- Internal size of open well upto existing mud / liquid mud depth will be measured for the purpose of payment.
