Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in replacement of gang operated air break isolators switch, outdoor type, 18 insulator, double stack, triple pole, rotating type double break per pole, suitable for horizontal mounting consisting of hot dip galvanized channel iron base having 02 Nos, 33 KV post type insulators per stack and 3 such stacks per pole copper or copper alloy high pressure heavily tinned contacts, plated MS arcing horns capable of breaking mangnetising current complete with phase coupling bar 25 mm GI pipe as down rod, lever coupling and operating handle with locking arrangement at for both 'ON' and 'OFF' positions coupling connections etc suitable for 33000 volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply system having 400 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing complete with all accessories of transformer of 33 KV capacity 5 MVA step down, outdoor type, floor mounted, double copper wound, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC, Oil immersed, ONAN/ONAF confirming to IS-2026 and IEC 62770 including cooling fans, external cooling tubes/radiator cores type having voltage ratio 33000/11000 volts (corresponding to principal tapping) winding delta connecting on Primary side and star connected on secondary side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn11 (vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side and looping on HV side for contact output so as to alter/vary secondary voltage by (+) 5 to (-) 15% in 8 steps of 2.5% each to be changed by means of (OLTC) Off Load Tap Changer. Transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability PRIME GRADE, CRGO with m4 grade or Better, Perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations, core shall be purchased directly from manufacturer of core or from their accredited marketing network and not through any agent. Before placing order for procurement of transformer, the contractor shall submit the credentials in respect of the manufacturer of core and transformer shall be procured only after approval from GE in respect of name of manufacturer of transformer as well as manufacturer of core. NOTE:- (i) The oil temperature and winding temperature guages shall be housed in a marshaling box made up of MS sheet as per manufacturer recommendations with hinged door and having glass front side of the box and provision for entry of cables and compression glands. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection of Transformer shall be carried out by representative of accepting officer at manufacturer premises within overall cost quoted by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account at later stage. ' (iii) Completion has been given to contractor after pre-commisionig test carried out by SEI and all the euipment/instrument shall be arranged by the Contractor for testing. The cost of the same shall also be included in the item rate. (iv) Following documents to be submitted for core during the stage inspection: (a) Invoice of supplier (b) Factory test certificates (c) Packing list

M&L for Disconnecting of HT connections of existing transformer with earthings carefully and shifting the same from platform/sub station to AGE E/M Store yard including existing foundation will be repair and painted with white wash as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for lightining arrester expulsion type to be fixed on existing structure complete with all fitting, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amps suitable for 33000 volts complete as specified and directed

M&L for in replacement galvanized earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.0mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using glavanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of MS and protected by light grade 40mm dia and 20mm dia bore for watering and incl funnel, wire mesh RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (incl excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr) as shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2010 including testing after completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm for connection of earthing with Transformer directly burried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down serviceable HT cable of size 300 Sqmm, 3 core (from cable duct/underground trench) and relaying after replacement of transformer complete all as directed. (Note :- Necessary earth work shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply and laying in replacement un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for in replacement Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 100 mm bore (dia), light grade with Bends, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for maintenance of 33 KV indoor control and relay panel of 33 KV by checking wiring from outdoor VCB to indoor control panel, tightening of loose connections, U/S indicator with holder, thimble, replacement of unserviceable wiring including testing calibration and checking of tripping system of 33 KV control panel through all protective relays installed on each C&R panel including testing and adjust/ repair the alarm circuit as per time current characteristices by primary injuction test at 60%, 75%, 100% plug including well cleaning and decarbonizing of relay contacts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Overhauling and servicing of 33 KV VCB outdoor type including repair and setting of operating mechanism parts, spring charging material mechanism, well cleaning with petrol and CRC-226 and replacing unserviceable parts/ accessories, oiling/ greasing of moving parts, dismantling, checking and well cleaning of pole insulator, checking of vaccum, interupters well cleaning mechanism links fibre reinforced plastic frame around the vaccum interupts including routine and periodical test complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr width and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc 1.5 mtr width and additional 1.5 mtr or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 mtr in soft/loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning /sand covering for underground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 thick for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material to a disance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L fly ash bricks with (old size) locally available laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws fixed with MS clamp 40 x 6 mm and 2 set with nut & bolt as specified type 410 SP-55 (11 Meter long) duly painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface and one coat of black bituminious paint on embedded surface incl writing of Pole Numbers etc., and marking of two black/red/yellow strips with synthetic enamel paint upto 1.2 Mtr height and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of MS Cross arms, bracings, supports,anti climbing device etc. incl nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending, drilling inclusive of two coat aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preperation of surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Gang operated air breaker switch, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe, for current rating 200 Amps, out door type (confirming to IS specifications) HT 11 KV, triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse Assembly, Fuse carrier fitting, 9 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of lightening arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amp of rating 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of copper wound transformer step down, outdoor type complete with standard fittings, HT 11 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, Level-III, IS: 1180 - (2014), 3 Phase 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit of capacity upto 160 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc using necessary formwork and finishing the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, as directed..
