Material and labour for glazed ceramic colour tiles size 300 mm x 450 mm x 6-7 mm thick on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry @3Kg/sqm and pointed in coloured cement to match over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 and dismantling of existing wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
