Supplying and fixing in position Dusk cum Bench in classrooms with legs made of MS ERW tube section of size 75x25x2mm thick oval tube with 5mm HR brackets as per IS 2062 and 2mm thick CRCA brackets as per IS 513 welded on the tubes and all assembly powder coated with epoxy polyester, with leg height varying from 705 to 1005mm in pitch of 50cm as per the layout. The whole assembly has to anchored with anchor bolts into the base of 8mm thick plate for proper resting of the leg. Shoe made of ultra nylon are to be provided at the bottom for covering the base plate. Two side clads has to be made of 18mm thick plate with 0.8mm thick PVC lipping on the outside covered with welded metal structure made of 2mm thick CRCA as per IS 513, powder coated with epoxy primer. The work top has to be made of 25mm thick pre laminated board of approved quality and shade conforming to IS 12823-1990. All the edges of the work surface are to be provided with machine pressed 2mm thick PVC edge band glued with hot melt glue. Seat should have self closing mechanism which has to operate by means of its dead weight. Seat understructure has to be made from a combination of welded fabricated structure of 5mm thick HR as per IS 2062 and 8mm thick plywood as per IS 303 with moulded PU foam with density of 55Kg/Cum and the top of which has to be covered with stitched upholstery made of leatherite or foam back fabric. Seat assembly has to be covered at the bottom side by means of seat cover made of PP. Seat back is to be made from a combination of 8mm thick plywood as per IS 303 with moulded foam on top, which is to be covered with stitched upholstery made of leatherite or foam fabric. Seat support frame has to be made from combination of MS ERW tube section conforming to IS 7138 of size 48x19.1x2mm Other Engineering Organisations thick oval tube welded together and powder coated with epoxy polyester. CAP made of ultra mid are provided from front to cover the oval tubes. Modesty is made of 20mm thick pre laminated twin board of approved grade and shade conforming to IS 12823-1990 with edge provided with machine pressed 2mm thick PVC edge band glue with hot melt glue etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. Supply and installation of custom made lecture desk cum podium of size 3600X1200/750X450 mm in required shades and shapes of approved quality. The custom made lecture desk cum podium having one drawer and one door cabinet made up of compressed wood with laminated finish on both sides with 17 mm thick plain particle board. Desk & Podium: a) Top & Side Panel: 17 mm thick plain particle board (PPB) clad with 0.6mm thick post formed laminate and 1mm thick backing laminate (BDL) with 2mm thick PVC edge band. b) Modesty: 17 mm thick plain particle board (PPB) clad with 1 mm thick decorative laminate (DL) on both sides with 2mm thick PVC edge band. Including the cost of Material, Labour, installation, transportation etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
