MAINTENANCE OF STP 300 KLD AT KATARIBAGH NAVAL BASE KOCHI.

Providing services of tradesmen from 0600 hours to 1400,1400 to 2200, 2200 to 0600 round the clock in 03 shifts of 8 hours each shift (one tradesman in each shift) for Operation and Maintanence of Sewage treatment plant 300 KLD at Kataribagh comprising of following characteristics of Inlet raw sewage /out let treated sewage equipments/ machines and pump sets including testing and operation of valves and allied works including saturdays/ sundays/ holidays for operation of system as and when required and also carry out minor repairs / servicing/rectification of faults and all machines/ Equipments and valves to ensure 100% serviceability and maintain the ppm level both inlet raw sewage and out let treated sewage of plants and removing scaling materials, mud materials grass/surface dressing from surrounding area, complete all as specified and directed. Supply only poly aluminimum chloride (PAC) coagulant containing approx 29% Al2O3 liquid with basicity of approx 64% packed to adding in tube settler tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Lime to adding in tube settler tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Sodium Hypochrorite liquid minimum 12% concentration to adding in chlorine contact tank for chlorination complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Anaerobic Bacteria complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Aerobic Bacteria (Bioculture) complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of Raw/Treated sewage water sampleparameters as per latest NGT norms ie,IS 3025 & IS 1622 of STP through a NABL approved lab complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for taking up the blocked submersible pump from the sump, open casing, clean and removed chocked materials from the pump chamber and refix of capacity 2 HP to 5HP as per the same complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair and rewinding of electrical motor up to 1HP - 5 HP , 3 phase, 415 Volt by disconnecting the electric connection, including taking out horizontal submersible nonclog pump installed at wet well,equalisation tank/sewage collection champer/sump including disconnecting the electric connection, decoupling motor pump, removing foundation nuts, bolts and carrying the motor to workshop to carry out following repair/ rewinding as under complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cutting complete burnt and defective winding after opening body cover and separating starter and rotor. (b) Remove carbon by applying/rubbing sand paper and clean. (c) Insert insulating material such as insulating paper, sleeve, varnish etc. (d) Rewinding the stator with existing size of PVC copper winding wire. (e) Clean the rotary and assemble the motor and coupling with pump, re-connect electric connection and earth connection, test for full load complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for repair and rewinding of electrical motor 5.5 HP - 10 HP , 3 phase, 415 Volt by disconnecting the electric connection, including taking out pump installed at at 300 KLDSTP including disconnecting the electric connection, decoupling motor pump, removing foundation nuts, bolts and carrying the motor to workshop to carry out following repair/ rewinding as under complete all as specified and directed:- (a) Cutting complete burnt and defective winding after opening body cover and separating starter and rotor.
