Removal of existing water proof treatment of any description from roof surface including cement plaster/screed bed carefully from the surfaces, roughening concrete surfaces and cleaning the roof surfaces by brushing, sweeping and scrubbing down with water and removal of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in roof padding, roof kerbs or mud stops and including demolition & removal of demolished materials complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of old Submain wiring any type including batten/ conduit/ casing at any indicated situation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of FRLS-H PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6.0 sqmm alongwith one run of FRLS-H PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded copper conductor of nominal cross sectional area 6.0 sqmm as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including PVC conduit (medium grade) of suitable size, surface type complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/laying cable and getting out, in Hard / Dense Soil.
