Work Of Annual Maintenance and repairing & servicing of AC & Emulsifire system at 220 KV S/S Amroha, Under ETD, Amroha.

1-Maintenace of Jockey Pump & Main Pump with replacement of star coupling, glands plate etc. 2-Maintenance of 105 BHP diesel engine kirloskar make including replacement of engine oil / oil filter/ diesel filter / belts / hose pipes and other associated work required to complete the job satisfactory. 3-Maintenance of Air compressor(In service & Stand by compressor) including changing of compressor oil, air filter, fan belts etc and other associated work related to complete the job satisfactorily and also check electrical circuit for auto function. 4-Maintenance of existing foot Valve/NRV/Gate Valve along with servicing of flapper and cleaning of strainner along with dismantling and re-installing foot valve/NRV/Gate Valve of various size as per detail given below- a-Foot Valve- 200NB b-Foot Valve- 100NB c-NRV 200NB d-NRV 100NB e-Gate Valve 200NB f-Gate Valve 100NB g-Water & Air pressure switch

Work of Repairing & overhauling of 2.0 ton split type Acs(24 nos) installed at 220 KV S/S Amroha- A-Servicing & overhauling of 2 ton split AC(Voltas make) including replacement of general spare parts(except compressor) including labour T&P.

B-Replacement/Repairing of damaged/defective colling condenser coil of split AC of 2.0 ton, gas cutting, soldering and testing of leakage from cored tube and proper fitting.

C-Repairing of 5 KVA Stablizer including the cost of labour & material.

D-Replacement/Repairing of fan motor split type AC.

E-Replacement/Repairing of running capacitor of AC.

F-Filling gas in 2 ton split AC including cost of gas, Labour and T&P etc.

G-Replacement of socket, switch and MCB of same rating.
