M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 mm x 300 mm and 7 mm thick of approved colour as in verticle surfaces such as skirting, dado and risers to steps etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mrotar1:4 including triangular filleting in cement mortar 1:4 on top of skirting/dado etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut cudappah stone slab 20-25mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Prepolished machine cut kota stone 20 to 25mm thick flooring using kota stone of size 600 mm x 450 mm with tolerance of 10 mm in length and width size, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match complete over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:6, including white makrana marble strip not exceeding 75 mm width as in border complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: White makrana marble strip shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of schedule.

M&L Prepolished machine cut kota stone 20 to 25mm thick of size 600 mm x 450 mm with tolerance of 10 mm in length and width size, as in skirting, to match the kota stone flooring pattern, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match, over and including 10 mm thick backing or rendering coat of plaster in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Height of the skirting shall be 100 mm.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick, laid in alternate bays including finishing the surfaces even and smooth using extra cement as in plinth protection; all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate), 100 mm thick, as in sub-floors, sub-bases, floors and pavings, etc., complete as specified & directed.

S&F 3 mm thick figured glass, pin headed type and glazing with oil putty in squares not exceeding 0.50 sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab and shall be carried out as specified below complete all as specified and directed :-

(a) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed, cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign matter and dust to receive primer.

(b) Applying one coat of bituminous primer on cleaned concrete surface @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm.

(c) Providing APP polymerised modified approved membrane not less than 3 mm thick, non woven, polyster, weighing not less than 3.6 Kg/Sqm and laying on roof surface and parapets with laps, overlaps and sealing joints as specified and applied completely by torch application method, the overlap of membrane while torching shall be kept 75 mm on length wise and 100 mm width wise.

(d) Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakages & seepages and rectifying the leakages / seepages / defects, if any, to the entire satisfaction of GE.

(e) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 litre/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces.

(f) The treatment shall be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and through authorised applicator of manufacturer.

(g) Note:- The contractor shall furnish the following before and during progress of water proofing work:- (i) Quality confirmation from the manufacturer of the product alongwith quantity supplied. (ii) Manufacturer test certificate. (iii) The result, if tested in any of the independent laboratory or testing if ordered by GE, the testing charges shall however shall be borne by the contractor.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene double layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS-12701:1996 of 500 litres capacity, hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I with and including provision of 20 mm /15 mm dia medium grade G.I. pipe spouts for connecting inlet, outlet, overflow and washout pipes complete all as specified and directed.
