Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) floors (other than ground floors) and similar suspended work all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing for cement concrete 1:3:6 , type C-1 (20 mm graded brick aggregate) in plinth protection of bldg all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1: 4 all as specified and directed

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down of cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair face of brick wall finished fair and even including using of liquid water proofing compound Dr fixit LW+@ 200ml/50kg of cement as on external surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. [Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately]

M&L for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cm 1:6 finishing the smooth without using of extra cement and all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to mild steel galvanised wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18and fixed with pinned tacks or staples complete all as specified and directed.
