Carefully dismantling the damaged / worn out ashlar stone masonry after proper documentation. Collecting the useful members for reuse. Stacking and throwing away the debris to a far off place etc complete.
Carefully removing the sunken damaged stone flooring along with base concrete, throwing away the debris to a far of place leveling the surface watering ramming etc complete.
Carefully removing the dead / worn out weathering course materials from the terrace, collecting debris bringing items down and throwing away the debris to a far off place.
Earthwork excavation in hard soil for laying foundation concrete is conveying the excavator earth to a far off place etc complete.
De-plastering the dead / warn out plastering from the wall surface racking out the joints cleaning with portable water make in the surface ready for applying mortar, conveying the debris to a far off place applying lime plastering 1:1:1 curing etc complete.
Constructing the ornamental ashlar stone masonry like kumbhi pillars beam lintels shikhara etc, using new baradia stone in the place of warn out / damaged one , dressing the top surface neatly and sides properly as per existing style, set in lime, mortar 1:2 erecting scaffolding at different stages for lifting conveying the stone, pointing the stone joints with lime mortar 1:1.5 dismantling scaffolding curing etc complete.
Laying Brick jelly concrete in lime mortar(1 part lime, 2 part sand, 4 part brick jelly) Mixing properly laying ramming and curing cost including labour charge and cost of materials etc complete.
Water tightening the terrace by laying 0.10m thick brick jelly concrete in lime mortar (1 part lime 2 part sand 4 part brick jelly) ramming consolidating giving proper slope, beaten well with wooden knife sprinkling additives water (like Jaggery, Methi, Udad, Gugal etc) plastering the top with lime mortar 1:2 curing etc complete.
