Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Transportation of dismantled tower materials by mechanical transport to CTO Palakkad at for lead upto 15 km including loading unloading handling and stocking the tower materials in site of store including preparing list of various members as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Dismantling the existing Narrow based 40 metre Ground Tower. The rate includes for dismembering tower members by removing bolts and nuts without any damage to tower members such as main legs, bracings, torsion members, ladders, wave guide racks, aviation lamp, electrical wires, earthing strips, antenna fixtures Lightening arresters etc. complete .

Credit for taking possession and disposal of unserviceable scrap steel reinforcement, angles, M.S. pipes etc. (Credit item)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work upto plinth level.

Erection of Four Legged Light Weight RTT Communication Tower .

Providing gantry with galvanized MS angles, flats, channels, tees, pipes including cutting, drilling, welding, riveting, bolting, hoisting and fixing in position including embedding in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4graded stone aggregate, 20mm nominal size)

Supply of Good quality MS hot dipped galvanized bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers etc. .of different diameter size as specified for tower works.( The item shall be executed for providing in place of the Missing Nuts and bolts if any during dismantling and transportation of tower earlier. The payment shall be made only to the fresh quantity of Materials supplied to the site according to the requirement )

Supplying and Fixing Mild Steel Anchor Bolts of Required Diameter and Length (Diameter Varying from 16mm to 32mm) for Tower Foundation including Making Steel Templates with Necessary Holes to suit the Diameter of the Anchor Bolts including Mechanical threading to the top 15 centimeter length of Bolts , welding with necessary MS Plates at the bottom of independent anchor bolts ,etc. complete .The Anchor Bolts and Template shall be fixed to line and Level keeping the Centre to Centre Distance in tact ,inside the Centering and shuttering of the Tower Beams Before doing concreting of Tower Foundation .(The Rate includes the cost of All Labour involved in the Above operation, Materials, Transportation and Fixing Charges and Nothing Extra shall be Paid on Any Account)

Supply of Tower Materials conforming to ISRC Specifications Supply of missing tower members of RTT using MS hot dipped galvanized angles section conforming to specification attached to respective towers including ladder, working platform, antenna fixtures, GI Nut and bolts etc. . MS angles of Yst 22/210 grade and conforming to IS 1161

Anchoring Reinforcement bars of 12mm to 32mm dia to existing RCC Structural Members with approved High strength Epoxy Adhesive to Provide Strength to the New structure including columns, Beams, Slabs and Footings etc. consisting of the Following operations i) Core Drilling using Power Drilling Tool to a depth of 25cm including Driving the tool and removing the Debris ,dust by vacuum cleaner and preparing the Anchor Hole ready and clean for the Application of Chemical. (ii) Applying High Strength Injectable Mortar ( An Epoxy adhesive of Two compounds ) in equal proportions with the Application Gun to the Full length of the Anchor Hole.

(iii) Inserting the Reinforcement Bars to the Anchor Hole in such a way to ensure that the tip of Reinforcement bar shall be met with the concrete end /reinforcement and bonded with the Applied Chemical and to the peripheral Concrete Surface and till the surplus Chemical Comes out of the Anchor Hole to ensure that the Anchor Hole is Void Free. (iv) Leaving the Anchor Reinforcement free for 10Minutes without shaking /pulling in/Pulling out till the Anchor rod is completely Bonded with the core periphery. The work shall be carried out as per the Directions of the Engineer-in-charge.(The Rate is inclusive of All material and Labour involved in the Above operation and Nothing extra shall be paid on Any Account)

Providing and applying paint of approved specification over the Four Legged Communication Tower indicated above. Apply two or more coats of enamel paint orange/white of approved brand and manufacture as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and installing chemical earthing Electrode (GI).50MM dia 3Mtr length electrode including drilling/auguring minimum 150mm dia holes upto 3 mtr depth, inserting electrode back filling the sides with soil mixed with BFC(back fill compound)-for 3mtr depth and providing with poly plastic chamber with cover etc. ., complete in ordinary soil. The whole work is to be done as per the instructions of Engineer -in-charge and the resistance value checked after installation should meet with the A/T standards. The rate is inclusive of all taxes and service charges and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

Providing GI buss bar 50x3mm connected to the tinned bottom portion of lightning conductor and to the ring earth/ plate earth with 2Nos. of 10mm dia. GI nuts & bolts (with lead sheath in between) at each connection . The buss bar shall be clamped to the tower/building walls at uniform interval of 1.50m using proper GI clamps and ceramic insulators such that the buss bar shall be well insulated from the tower building walls all complete as directed by the Engineer-in -charge (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)

Providing GI strip of size 50x3mm one end connected to the tower leg with GI bolts and nuts ( with lead sheath in between) including providing and connecting the legs at the bottom of tower and other end shall be connected to the GI plate earth /ring earth with GI bolts and nuts (with lead sheath in between ) including clamping the down lead flat to wall/stems with out any sharp bends using necessary clamps and screws as directed by the Engineer -in charge.

Providing and fixing copper lighting conductor of 1500mm length, 25mm dia. hollow tube of wall thickness not less 1.60mm including tinning the bottom portion of the spike for a length not less than 150mm (lightning conductor to be fixed the top of the tower) and connecting the GI buss bar to the lightning arrester using 2Nos. 100mm dia. brass bolts and nuts all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge- (All joints should be covered by Shalimar or equivalent water proof tape and made air tight)
