Day by day (i.e. all working days) sweeping and cleaning, washing, swabbing and dusting by sweeping all common service area i.e. corridor, stair, entrance lobby, office room etc. from Ground Floor to 2nd Floor including Mezzanine floor & Roof. The work includes sweeping all floor areas followed by washing with mixture of water and detergent of approved quality @ 200 gm per 100 sqm and then swabbing floors and dados with approved quality phenyl or anti-insect liquid @ 1 Litre for all floor per operation mixed with water, cleaning dust and dirt of all furniture, & fan-light, steel / wooden window glass pane, removing soots from walls, ceiling, cleaning mouths of R.W.D.P. during rainy season and removing collected waste materials to the nearest Corporation Vat including supplying necessary brooms, swabs, dusters, cleaning mops and all other tools & tackles as may be required to complete the job with standard uniform of the labour as well as day to day cleaning of wash basin, urinal / squatting plate, water closet (Indian / EPWC / Anglo Indian), toilet floor and dado including surrounding platform, drain, channels etc. complete using requisite quantity of detergent / VIM powder / phenyl all complete and Cleaning all surface drains and underground disposal line including spreading of bleaching powder along the drain side @ 10 kg per operation after cleaning & washing drains including yard gullies, pits, underground lines to ensure clear flow of waste water and disposal of waste to the nearest vat as per direction and full satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Charges per head per day for sweeper (unskilled worker) Total 7 nos. per day Total no. of days : 365 days 7 nos. per day X 365 days = 2555 nos. in total Intending bidders are not required to quote any rate against this item as the rate has already been provided in the column of "BASIC RATE" (Cell M14 of sheet 1 of BOQ). The rate so provided is binding to all intending bidders. [This rate has been calculated considering prevailing minimum wages vide no.06/Stat/14/RW/24/2023/LCS/JLC Dt. 09/01/2026 of Addtional Labour Commissioner, Government of West Bengal & also considering contribution to E.P.F. , E.S.I. , Bonus & G.S.T.(18%) to be made by the agency as per memorandum vide no. 3790-F(Y) Dated 21.07.2014 of Joint Secretary, Finance (Audit) Department, Govt. of West Bengal]

Service Charges including all other charges and applicable taxes (if any). No extra claim will be entertained and remains fixed throughout the contract period.
