OUTSOURCING FOR CONSERVANCY AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES IN MES OFFICES AND INSTALLATIONS FOR AGE I RD KOCHI

Providing services for Data Entry staffs on all working days (per day duration of 08 hours) by employing two Data Entry staffs per day to carryout the following works :- (i) Data Entry Staff for clerical services (01 No) : (a) Typing letters, updating files, docketing and all clerical activities as directed by AGE B/R R&D Kochi or his staff as and when required. (b) Handling /Carriage of files within the office complex. (c) Data entering in computer and updating as required and other minor tasks to be performed as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Sufficient knowledge in MS Office software and Internet browsing. (e) Working hours /day will be followed as per AGE (I) R&D Kochi timings. Note :- All material and accessories and necessary stationery will be provided by this office.

(ii) Data Entry Staff for BS services (01 No) : (a) Taking Meter reading (Electrical/water) monthly for married and single accommodations and also for private parties buildings which comes under AGE (I) R&D Kochi. (b) Preparation of Vacation/ Occupation reports and handing/ taking over of Type IV, V and VI quarters as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (c) Maintaining and Updating of Meter reader book and Revenue registers as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) Preparation of Monthly vacant building report for all the residential and private party buildings under AGE (I) R&D Kochi as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (e) Forwarding of monthly reports and returns to AO office within the due time. (f) Maintaining and upkeeping of all the files under BS section (g) Maintaining of Loan issue vouchers and return issue vouchers pertaining to furniture under AGE (I) R&D Kochi. (h) Maintaining and upkeeping of Maintenance Furniture Ledger as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (j) Sufficient knowledge in MS Office software and Internet browsing. (k) Working hours /day will be followed as per AGE(I) R&D Kochi timings. (l) Any additional duties in office works as and when ordered by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- All material and accessories and necessary stationery will be provided by this office.

Outsourcing of housekeeping and conservancy services (Sweeper/Safaiwala) for AGE (I) R&D Kochi office complex and Installations (from 0800 office hrs - 1600 hrs) duration for each working day :- Note :- No of Minimum person Required - 01 No (a) Cleaning / moping / brooming down of office premises of AGE(I)R&D Kochi, dusting of tables / chairs and cleaning of toilets on every working day in morning. Disinfection of rooms, removal of cob-webs, cleaning of window, doors once in a week. cleaning of roofs / drains once in a month. (b) Carryout gardening work like removing bushes, grass, waering to plants and garden, sweeping all areas including parking etc complete all as directed. (c) T&P - Tools like brooms, brushes, dusters etc and consumable materials like phenyl, acid, floor cleaner shall be provided by contractor and cost of these shall be deemed inclusive in quoted rate, water shall be provided by MES.
