Design, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 20M high mast system with its accesories. Mast shaft shall be in two sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity as per IS:875. It shall also include accessories for high mast including head frame, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (SS) with raising lowering system comprising, luminaries carriage suitable to install required nos of LED Light fixtures with its accessories in Asymmetrical arrangement, double drum winch, trailing cable, connector, junction box, lightening finial etc. The mast shall have an integral power tool motor, manual handle installed inside the base compartment for its operation. Work includes the installation of LED Flood Light luminiaries & LED type Aviation obstruction light & its wiring & connection complete & wiring material from junction box to individual luminaire & MCB in base compartment and following accessories etc. as required as per the enclosed technical specifications. a) Providing & fixing of Counter weight for LED light fixtures. b) Providing & fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plate and common template (as per OEM Standard) c) Construction of shallow/deep foundation in all types of soil/ hard rock with M20 grade concrete for the highmast considering the safe soil bearing capacity as per technical specification.

Supply of 7M high GI OCTAGONAL continuously tapered galvanised street light pole with minimum 1000 mm long single arm GI bracket (length and tilt angle of bracket shall be based on design) for installation of LED street light luminaire, suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 (but not less than 50 m/sec.), fabricated out of 3 mm thick high tensile sheet steel in single piece construction having 130mm bottom, 70 mm top, suitable for installation on a precast foundation with supply of 4 nos. of foundation bolts & anchor plate, rigid flange plate (200x200x12mm min) welded with the base of pole for fixing on foundation bolts complete as required for structural stability as specified, weather proof and vandal resistant door flush with the exterior surface containing a terminal plate of 5 mm thick bakelite sheet with 32 Amp heavy duty connector for loop in loop out cable terminations suitable for upto two numbers 4 core 25 Sq.mm cables, including supply of 6A, 10kA, DP, C series, MCB for each fixture connections, earthing bolts for continuous earth connection complete, as required as per technical specifications.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 350 W ±5% energy efficient Flood Light LED luminaire with minimum system lumen output of 35000 lm, luman efficacy 110 lm/watt, die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant diffuser and MS powder coated bracket suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as required suitable for Apron High Mast.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 240 W ±5% energy efficient Flood Light LED luminaire with minimum system lumen output of 26400 lm, luman efficacy 110 lm/watt, die-cast aluminium housing with heat resistant diffuser and MS powder coated bracket suitable to operate on 240 V, 50 Hz AC complete as required suitable for Apron Highmast.

Supply of twin dome LED type aviation obstruction light luminair with lamp, fixtures, mounting clamp, nut bolt etc complete as required. As per AAI approved make list.

Erection, testing and comissioning of 7 Mtr.high G.I. OCTAGONAL street light pole & bracket with all accessories by providing and making reinforced M 20 cement concrete foundation including excavation and refilling including positioning of template & foundation bolts (supplied with pole to match with pole base plate) & providing and fixing of DWC HDPE pipe of size 40 mm dia (2 pieces of min. 0.75 m length) in the foundation for loop-in-loop-out of the cable along with earthing to the pole complete, as required as per technical specifications.

Providing, laying and fixing of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc. as required

Earthing: Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Earthing Copper bonded rod with Low carbon steel, high tensile strength copper bonded rod with min 254 microns of copper plating, Diameter- 17.2 mm, Length- 3 meters, Material- Copper Bonded, Coating thickness- 250 microns (min). The backfill material shall be highly conductive, non - polluting, carbon based, low resistance, non corrosive, highly conductive powdered material etc. as per the technical specifications (20Kg Quantity) provided. This should conform to (IS:3043:1987) duly CPRI/ERDA approved; all as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia GI wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing alongwith existing surface / recessed conduit / submail wiring / cable as required.

Supply of 3core 2.5 sq.mm. PVC insulated PVC sheathed , 1100 V flexible copper conductor cable Grade as per IS 694:2010 with upto date Amendments.

Excavation of the cable trenches in hard rock not exceeding 1.5 meter in width, and lift upto 1.5 meter, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meter.
