Amount

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm. layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres. in Pick work including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs.Vertical surfaces such aswalls (any thickness)partitions and the likeincluding attached pillastersbuttresses, plinth and string courses and the like including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections,trusses and framedwork,including cutting ,hoisting,fixing in position and applying apriming coat of red lead paint.In gratings framed guardbars,ladders,railling,brackets and similar works including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement:6 sand :12 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:in foundation and plinth including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cementconcrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand :6 graded stone aggregate 20 mmnominal size) and curing completeexcluding cost of form workin: Walls including attacheduttresses,pilasters and their capsand bases string courses etc. uptofloor two level including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2sand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of centring and shuttering in: Foundations and plinth: Cu.M. Suspended Floor roofs, landing andshelves and their supportbalconies,beams,girders,bressumersand contilever upto floor two level including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Cement Mortar 1:6(1 Cement : 6 Sand)Second Class Bricks Super-structure above plinth levelupto floor two level (Second ClassBricks) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing mild steel/Tor steelreinforcement for R.C.C. workincluding bending, binding andplacing in position complete uptofloor two level Tor Steel including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing withhot dipped metallic zinc coated sheetwith top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron Jor L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm diametre with prepainted limpet andubber washers complete with allaccesoriees as required including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

First class brick flooring laid dry and grouted with cement morter 1:4(1 cement :4 sand) including finishing the joints flush. 10 cm thick (using conventional brick) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in trenches galvanised mild steel tubes (light grade) including fittings (Earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC water storage tank of ISI : 12701 marked,G.I. inlet and outlet connection, 15mm nominal bore ball valve and mosquito proof PVC cover with locking arrangement including hoisting upto a height of 10 metres above ground level including carriage of material in all leads and lift and direction of Engineer-in-charge.
