I) KADAPA AIRPORT

Consultancy Services for providing Landscape Frame work Plan (LFP) for Beautification and Landscaping on city side, interior and airside of Terminal Building to have holistic improvement of the airport, enhancing the passenger experience while passing through the airport complex and improve the local environment by moderating air temperatures, improving air quality absorbing storm water and buffering noise. The landscaping frame work plan to include city side beautification along car parks approach roads from main entry point of airport up to terminal buildings, inside the existing terminal building and all other areas felt necessary to be consider for beautification and landscaping. Landscaping frame work plan should also include hardscape (pavements, street furniture, public art / local artifact, special elements lighting, pools/ fountains, external lighting, irrigation, drainage etc.,) and softscapes (Horticultures ie. trees, bushes, ground covers etc.) including providing indoor plants, & local artifacts and providing details of irrigation system for proposed landscaping, providing detailed estimate for landscaping, irrigation system & tender document for landscaping, irrigation system with schedule of items etc. complete as directed by Engineer in Charge and all as per the scope work. (Lump sum Fees for the consultancy work)

Providing one experienced supervisor for the maintenance / defect liability period
