Opening the front and rear cabinate of the RMU 6 way 630 Amps 11 KV de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts if required, lubricating, checking the pressure of SF-6 gas, inspecting the wiring of micro processor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for manual/auto tripping system complete and placing the SF-6 VCB and isolating unit in its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hammer tone spray painting of 11 KV RMU inddor type of capacity 630 KVA by scraping with emery paper and making free from rust, dust and applying one coat of syenthetic enamel paint and two coat of smoke gray paint through spray including writing MES number and machine number with black paint, letters 15mm wide and 50mm height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of Amp meter 0 to 600 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting LT supply and taking out defective LT ACB of any make and rating and serving by cleaning the fix and moving parts, removing dust particle by using high speed blower applying greese/jelly to moving mechanism and moving parts , tightening complete all as specified and directed.

Supply,laying, jointed and testing HT cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured,electric power cables with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed) grade, laid in trenches/ drawn through pipe/ poles or laid under road / drains / path complete of cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC poles/stays and struts etc or /getting out cable cover and stacking for reuse/ credit , trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated soil nexc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n-exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to underground cables with 8 CM thick before laying of cables and 15 CM thick after laying and stretching of Cable complete all as specified and directed. Note : Only punned thickness i.e. 18 CM shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying reinforced precast concerete cable cover, class HV type 1 flat size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 complete all as specified and directed
