M&L for removing UNSV cleat from shelves of Almirah large/ Med steel and fixing the existing shelves by welding (Welding shall be done on four corners of the existing shelves) of Almirah large / Med steel all as specified, FD-1031, FD-1032, FD-104, . Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F hasp & stapple of size 100mm for the shutters of Locker Bed Side Steel including removing old U/S Hasp & Stapple all as specified and directed, FD-257. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S & F handle of size 150 mm for the shutters of Locker Bed Side Steel including removing old U/S handle all as specified and directed, FD-257. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for removing old paint/dents of almirah large steel with shelves including removing bends and preparation of surface for painting by putty work to smoothening the surface and machine spray painting to complete Almirah large steel with shelves with two coats of synthetic enamel paints OG/Hammer tone finish/ approved shade 1st grade inside and out side over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified, FD-1031, FD-104. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per item No 18 above but for Almirah double shutter with mirrror steel, CESZ-415.

M & L for tightening the charpoy GI pipe frame after removing the U/S nylon newar incl U/S long rails/ short rails /check nut /Elbow GI wherever found U/S and fixing new parts as specified in the drgs. FD-220(M).

M & L for tightening the charpoy GI pipe frame after removing the U/S Plywood Top incl U/S long rails/short rails/stiffener/check nut/Elbow GI wherever found U/S and fixing only new parts as directed and specified in the drgs., FD-220(M).

Supply and fixing in repairs for GI tubing 32mm dia Medium grade threading upto 22mm at one end and 40mm at other end for long rail as per size shown on drg suitable for elbow 32mm 3way, FD-220(M) and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : TATA/Prakash Surya/Jindal.

Cutting out two short rails from old long rails( Item No-24 above) threading at one side 40mm at other side for short rail 22mm length all as shown on drg and directed by Engr-in-charge, FD-220(M)

Cutting of old short rails ( Item No-25 above)into two legs for charpoy GI pipe and threading upto 22 mm length to fit well in to GI Elbow 32mm 3 way dia all as shown on drgs, FD-220(M)

Supply and fixing in repairs GI Elbow 32mm dia 3way ISI Marked minimum weight not less than 400 gms each, FD-220(M)

Supply and fixing in repairs GI Checknut 32mm dia ,10mm thick standard quality ISI Marked as shown on drgs , FD-220(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs GI Flat Iron of size 870mmx40mmx6mm standard quality ISI Marked for stiffener , FD-220(M) Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

S&F MS clamp of suitable size ,02 Nos each leg duly welded and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black) over a coat of red oxide primer including removing existing U/S clamp all as specified and shown on drgs, FD-220(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing U/S nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and reweaving with new nylon newar on both side double weaving with new white best quality nylon newar 50/55mm in width and weight not less than 1.5 kgs per charpoy duly closed netted. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Make :-VARDHAMAN/USHA/COMPUTER (Note:-Nylon newar V shaped and 4 ply and should not be made out of recycled nylon), FD-220(M).

Removing U/S Plywood top from charpoy GI pipe plywood top and S&F with new plywood BWR Grade of size 7' x 3' x 12mm thick with suitable size nuts, bolt & washers, complete all as specified and directed. Make : Green ply/Kit ply/ Century, FD-220(M)

S & F lock 6 lever as approved of suitable size for table office Offrs/Clks/Asst/Typist Steel including removing U/S lock. Make : Godrej/Harison/Link lock , FD-1003 ,FD-1004, FD-1002 FD-84

S & F PVC recessed handles incl 1mm thick MS steel cover to the existing drawers of table office Clk/Offrs steel incl removing U/S handles all as directed, FD-1003 FD-1004 FD-1002 FD-84

S & F table top made out of 18mm pre laminated partical board exterior grade incl 4mm thick Teak wood edging all around the top for table office clerk steel including removing U/S table top as directed & specified. M&L for complete removal of old paint/dents of Table office officer steel and preparation of surface for painting by putty work to smoothening the surface two coats synthetic enamel paint OG/Hammer tone finish/approved shade of 1st grade shall be painted by machine spray over a coat of red oxide primer to table office officer steel , complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge, FD-1003, FD-84

Removing U/S seat and back from chair CB steel with arms incl U/S legs, stiffener and fixing the new parts with welding, screwed, bolt & nuts and washer all as specified and directed as shown on drg. , FD-75(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per items Nos 39 above but for Chair CB steel W/O arms, FD-75(M)

Supply and fixing in repairs seat frame for Chair CB Steel with Arms made out of hard wood ( Teak/ Seasom) duly caned with 2 mm plastic cane oval shape and border with 4mm plastic cane duly finish with black polish upto glossy finish all as directed, FD-75(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for removing U/S plastic cane 4mm thick from the chair verandah and removing the dent incls welding of broken joints & preparation of surface for painting by putty work to smoothening the surface and spray painting to complete with two coats of synthetic enamel paint white over a coat of red oxide primer, FD-256, FD-359. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for recanning of the existing chair verandah with 4mm thick half round oval shape plastic cane good quality as per existing pattern all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge, FD-256, FD-359

S & F 04 Nos PVC rubber shoes to the legs of chair Verandah including removing of old U/S rubber shoes, FD-256, FD-359. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing U/S seat from Form without back incl U/S legs, stiffeners wherever found U/S and Fixing new parts such as seat plank and square tubing with welding,nut and bolts all as specified or shown on drg. , FD-77(M)

Supply and fixing in repairs SAL/Seasom hard wood seat plank 1800mmx250mmx25mm thick for Form without back, FD-77(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing U/S seat and back from Form with back incl U/S legs, stiffener and fixing new parts such as seat and back plank and 25 mm sqaure tubing with welding,screwed,bolt & nuts as directed and specified and shown on drg. , FD-78(M)

Supply and fixing in repairs SAL/Seasom hard wood plank for seat size 1800mmx255mmx25mm thick for form with back, FD-78(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repairs SAL/Seasom hard wood plank for Back size 1800mmx150mmx25mm thick for form with back, FD-78(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing of old paint by scraping from steel surface duly dent/bent from Form with back and preparation of surface for painting by putty work to smoothening the surface and spray painting to complete, steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade OG/ Hammer tone finish/approved shade and make completely over a coat of red oxide primer, FD-78(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Tightening only of charpoy double Bunk steel ply top after removing the U/S Plywood Top incl U/S nut & bolts and fixing only new parts/ply top supplied under Item of Sch 'A' alongwith nut,bolts&washers ,complete all specified and as directed. (CESZ/SK/417/5.

Removing of old paint by scraping from steel surface duly dent/bent from Table dining ORs and preparation of surface for painting by spray painting to complete steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint 1st grade OG/Black/approved shade completely over a coat of red oxide primer, FD-165(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing U/S Top from Desk 4'-6" and S&F new Desk Top to the existing Desk 4'-6" made out of 18/19mm pre-laminated particle board exterior grade as specified in drg, FD-107(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

All as per items No 80 above but for Desk 4'-6", FD-107(M). Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing U/S shelves from Rack steel Adjustable with shelves and and S&F new shelves to the existing Rack steel made out 1.00mm thick MS black steel as specified on drg. Shelves shall be painted both side two coats of synthetic enamel paint OG/ Hammer tone over a coat of red oxide primer.FD-106(M), FD-129 ,FD-106. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing dents of Rack Steel Adjustable with shelves including preparation of surface for painting by putty work to smoothening the surface and spray painting to complete Rack steel with shelves with two coats of synthetic enamel paints OG/Hammer tone finish/ approved shade inside and out side completely over a coat of red oxide primer. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
