RFP FOR SELECTION OF AN AGENCY TO PROVIDE MANAGED SECURITY SERVICE PARTNER FOR KARNATAKA STATE DATA CENTERS SECURITY OPERATION CENTER (SOC) AT BENGALURU

The Bidder must be a company registered in India under companies Act/Limited Liability partnership act and should have been in operation for a period of at least 5 years as on bid date. (Consortium formed for the purpose of this project are not eligible to bid for this project. Trusts and societies are also not eligible to bid for this project)

A. The bidder should have experience in Implementing / Managing at least one SOC project for Data centers of Central/State Government /Public Sector BFSI Companies/ Enterprise of worth Rs. 9 Crore or two projects of Rs. 4.5 Crore or three projects with Rs. 3 Crore each during in last 7 years as on bid submission date. B. SOC Operations must have included SIEM managing and Monitoring of minimum 3000 Servers in virtualized environment and 50 Network and Perimeter Security devices in a single Data Center and providing SOC services covering SIEM, SOAR/NDR, PAM, UEBA, EDR/XDR for minimum period of one year. C. The bidder shall hold the valid empanelment with CERT-In as of bid submission date D. The bidder should have experience of Managing SIEM with at least 20000 EPS

The Bidders company must have average annual financial turnover of Rs. 18 crores from SOC services during last three financial years (2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25).

The bidder company should have a positive net worth for each of the last three financial years i.e 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25

The bidder should not have filed for bankruptcy.

The Bidder should have at least one permanent/working office in Bengaluru.

The Bidder should not have been blacklisted by the Government of India or any state government or any of its agencies for any reasons whatsoever and the bidder should not have been blacklisted by Central / any other State/UT Government or its agencies for indulging in corrupt or fraudulent practices or for indulging in unfair trade practices as on last date of bidding for this tender

Bidder should have Technical Resource minimum 30 resources on roll of the company with experience in SOC technology and practices. resources must have certification like CISSP/CEH/CISA/CISM.

The bidder company must have a valid accredited ISO 9001:2015 for providing cyber-Defense services covering MSSP services & ISO 20000:2018 & ISO 27001:2022 certification

The signatory for this RFP must be authorized by Board or Head of the Organization
