Repair/replacement of existing UNSV LT UG Cables, OH Conductors, LT Panels and Other Connected Works at Mil Stn Dharamshala

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil, for laying of cables , erection of poles and stays etc, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cable shall be laid 60cm below ground level.

Returning filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well remming in layer n-exc 25 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr in Charge.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning to underground cables complete all as specified in clause 19.75 of SSR Part-I laid before and after laying of cables,complete all as specified.

Material and labour for sub class 'B* brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation of poles and stay etc complete all as specified.

Replacement of existing unserviceable stay assembly complete using stay rod of 20mm dia 180cm long, stay wire of GI 7/4 mm standard, stay bow, stay clamp complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 01 of MES SSR Part-I (loop type insulator, excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement of existing unserviceable loop type insulator vitreous porcelan white, brown or green large size with overall dimention 90x 140mm clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.3mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of GI and GI strip protected by provision of GI pipe light grade, 40mm bore upto test point including provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25 x 3 mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metres long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr, all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion. NOTE :- Item of earthing includes the cost of 7.5 metre long galvanised iron strip 32mm X 6mm size and protection pipe of 40 mm bore galvanised iron light grade.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick burried directly in ground(earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4mm dia by means of nuts bolts,washers,check nuts of iron or steel including test point PCC pits and RCC cover in PCC 1:2:4 (type B-1) including iron angle frme 40x40x6mm and medium grade GI watering pipe 20mm dia with funnel and wire mesh and 15 mm bore GI pipe light grade proection pipe including excavation and charcoal ,common salt surrounded with 15cm all around the plate complete all as specified and shown in EP-3 of SSR Part-I & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Structural steel work as in cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed inclusive one coat of primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for replacement of existing unserviceable GI tubing light grade, 40mm bore for passing through cables under the floor, along the wall or along the pole, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of old and weathered ACSR aluminium conductor of size 6/2.11 or 6/2.59 squirrel weasel and with aluminium binding wire on poles etc straightening / tightening with mechanical devices, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of existing unserviceable Shackle type procelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90mm dia and 75 mm height ,including galvanised mild steel strips of 31 x3mm size including 12mm dia insulator bolts, washers and nuts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixed in replacement of Galvanised steel wire 4mm dia to earth wire ( in replacement) on HTLT poles for fabrication of cradles hexagonal/ rectangular guards out of galvanised steel wire 4mm dia etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional are 70 Sqmm 3.5 Core all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional are 50 Sqmm 3.5 Core all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional are 25 Sqmm 3.5 Core all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply & lay in replacement of existing unserviceable XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with alluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade of cross sectional are 16 0 Sqmm 3.5 Core all as specified & directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded alluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheated in service connections, one twin core cable flat or circular stranded conductor size of 10 Sqmm, 2 Core complete all as specified.

Supply & fixing busbar box, installation, testing and commissioning of factory fabricates prewired bus bar, cubical type of appropriate size out door dust vermin proof, made out of 50x50x6mm angle iron frame/legs and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with openable shutters on both sides (front & rear), powder coated externally and internally, having locking arangement mounted on four legs 90cm high (30cm below ground level and 60cm above ground level), embedded in PCC, M-15, type B-2 of suitable size with clear working space all around the bus bar. LT panel shall be totally enclosed weather proof and vermin proof with front and rear opening arrangements (double dorr) with IP-54 protection as per IS-8623 duly powder coated for 433 volts, 3 phase, 4 wire with 200 Amps alminium bus bas, including cable glands, epoxy insulation and nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete providing suitable of size copper cable/strip as required or as per manufacturer's recommendations complete all as specified & directed by the Engr-in-charge to accommodate the following accessories:- (a) Aluminium bus bar 200 Amp for three phase and neutral duly insulated with sleeves of different colour RYB Note: (i) Incoming and outgoing cable shall be fixed with appropriate size of copper thimble. (ii) Apron shall be provided at bottom for protection of cable to avoid entry of vermines, reptiles. (iii) Entries of all sizes of cables in panel should be done through adequate size of metallic cable glands.

Painting to existing steel tubular LT poles , 9m long including cross arms, channels, angle iron support, bracings, clamps etc. with two coats of aluminium paint superior quality of approved make on surface expose to view and making 30 cm wide strips (total 5 Nos) with white and black paint alternatively on external surface above PCC benching including prepration of old painted surface by scraping complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting/ trimming of trees branches along the over head HT/LT lines up to 2.0 mtr from electric line on both sides of the span and disposing of the cut tree/branches at places as complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Numbering of poles with synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note:- the numbering shall be hand written only stencils embossing shall not be allowed and size of letter shall be 50X10 mm (height & width).

Replacement of UG LT PVC insulated armoured heavy duty cable end terminal joint (heat shrinkable) of along pole etc suitable for aluminium conductor cable and testing after jointing of size 50-95 sqmm, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for replacement of LT cable route indicator reading " MES LT UG 1100 V cable" and route of cable with arrow, made out of Cl in square shape of size 200mm x 200mm x 10mm with 150mm leg, fixed in PCC pre-cast block of 250mm x 250mm x 1000mm, complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing post top lantern LED type 20 watt 230 watt volts AC outdoor type with decorative post top for 360 degree indirect light IP 65 protection with impact and corrosin resistant complete with driver and lamp complete all as specified.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable driver for LED fitting of capacity 30 Watt all as per sample and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable driver for LED fitting of capacity 45 Watt all as per sample and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable driver for LED fitting of capacity 60 Watt all as per sample and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of existing unserviceable driver for LED fitting of capacity 72 Watt all as per sample and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection complete all as specified.

M & L for cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work not exceeding 1.5 in depth and 0.50 mtr in width and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 by (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing SMC cable junction box of size 140x140x95mm suitable for street light/PTL, square type , weather proof , IP-54 including fixing of 10Amp MCB SP and clamps , nuts , bolts , washers suitable for fixing to pole/GI pipes including suitable arrangement for cable entry and exit with 2 run of 1.5 sqmm FRLS flexible cable laying through PVC conduit from junction box to street light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge
