Civil and other auxiliary works for foundation works of electron beam melting furnace at New Metlshop Shed, NFC-Hyderabad.

EARTH WORK :

Earthwork excavation over Areas/foundations/Trenches/Pits etc. upto required depths in all kinds of Soils except Soft and Hard Rock in both dry and wet conditions, dewatering if necessary, dressing the bottom and sides to required levels, profiles, slopes, etc., disposing the surplus earth/spoils within a lead of 50m , levelling the areas including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc., complete all as directed and specified.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.

d) Above 4.50 m to 6.00 m depth from average ground level.

e) Above 6.00m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas /foundations/trenches/Pits etc. in ordinary rock upto the depths specified below including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc.,including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.

d) Above 4.50 m to 6.00 m depth from average ground level.

e) Above 6.00m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in over areas/foundations/Trenches/Pits etc. in hard rock (blasting prohibited) by chiseling, wedging or any other approved method viz. using plasma cutting with diesel plasma gun under 3.5Kg/Sqcm pressure, including air compressor, followed by pneumatic chieselling or using non explosive expansive chemical agents , including drilling of holes as specified by manufacture, filling of expansive chemical, followed by pneumatic chiseling, diamond wire rope cutting etc. upto the depths specified below, including dewatering if necessary, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a distance of 50 m etc.,including clearing of all areas of all grass, rank vegetation, shrubs, bushes, trees upto 300mm girth measured 1.00 metre above ground level etc complete as directed by Engineer-incharge.

a) Upto 1.50 m depth from average ground level.

b) Above 1.50 m to 3.00 m depth from average ground level.

c) Above 3.00 m to 4.50 m depth from average ground level.

d) Above 4.50 m to 6.00 m depth from average ground level.

e) Above 6.00m depth from average ground level.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within NFC complete as specified and directed by EIC.

Dewatering underground water or continous seeping water using suitable pump/or pumps of required capacity for pumping out seepage water or mud water including all equipment , manpower, drain pipes, cleaning the area complete as specified and directed. Note :- This item will be measured and paid only if continous pumping of inflow water is to be performed for more than an hour in one go and min capacity of pump shall be 5Hp.

Supplying, Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specified sizes 40mm uniform graded in uniform thickness, hand picking,compacting in stages to proper level, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material/stone dust to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate etc. for soil stabilization for machine foundation, footings etc. complete as specified and directed

Supplying and filling with sand around machine foundation to act as dampener etc. including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete as specified and directed

Designing, Providing, fixing & removing timbering for all depths using fence fabric and structural steel form work or any other approved method in foundations, over areas , trenches etc , including strutting, shoring etc. complete as specified and directed by EIC. Note: Material used for shoring, timbering will be contractor's property and shall be removed from site after completion of work with due approval of EIC.

Lead charges for within NFC premises , additional lead over the initial lead of 50 m by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock etc., Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% and 50% for soils and rock or debris respectively.

a) For soil for all leads within NFC

b) For Debris/rock for all leads within NFC

CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) and FORMWORK :

Plain Cement Concrete (P.C.C) 1:3:6 by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 with Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 250 Kg/Cum (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork, complete as specified and directed. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 35% of pozzolanas

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or approved RMC of Grade M - 35 (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than 440 Kg/Cum) for all depth/height using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. FOSROC ,SIKA,BASF,CICO in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and reinforcement as specified and directed.

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-35 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using ordinary Portland Cement conforming to IS 8112 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coramandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd., KCP), crushed stone sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/trenches/manholes etc. with and without holes including formwork but excluding reinforcement. Note: 1.The blended cement i.e., PPC shall not have more than 25% of pozzolanas. 2. Sand shall be manufactured sand.

Plum concrete with M-10 cement concrete, using Ordinary Portland Cement(OPC) conforming to IS 269 or Portland Pozzolana Cement (PPC) conforming to IS 1489 Part-1 (M/s. ACC,Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, Andhra Cements Ltd. make) with crushed stone sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size at all depths/heights below/above plinth level to be filled in all interstices (not less than 150mm) with plums not exceeding 50 percent of total volume of plum concrete and stone size shall be between 200 to 300 mm and shall be hard durable and tough. The water cement ratio shall be adjusted at site to maintain the flowability of concrete to fill all the interstices properly laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., as specified and directed.

Providing centering and shuttering using good quality densified film-faced Plywood of at least 12mm thick approved make conforming to IS 4990 including strutting, propping, staging made out of steel frames/H-frames/ Mild Steel (MS) Pipes/Cup and Lock System etc., and removal of the same as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying One (1) coat of shuttering oil (Cemol/Fosroc make/any other ) on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete,including cover blocks etc., if required, for insitu Reinforced Concrete and in Plain Cement Concrete works, making pockets in machine foundations etc., for all depths and heights, complete as specified and directed. NOTE: The Formwork shall be designed and got approved from the Design Section before erection

REINFORCEMENT and STRUCTURAL STEEL

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more conforming to IS 1786 of Tata, Vizag steel, Sail, JSW, JSPL make, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and as per direction of Engineer- in-Charge.

Providing and fixing in position galvanised chemical anchors of dia 16mm to 24mm and length upto 300mm of minimum 5.8 grade of approved make of Hilti, Fischer, Fosroc of best quality for anchoring supporting structural steel columns/beams or other members including drilling holes of required dia in RCC, cleaning of holes, providing and injecting chemical/injection mortar of make Fischer (FIS EM plus), Fosroc (Lokfix E77) or approved equivalent with hand gun, aligning bolts to position, proper level, washers, Labour, etc., complete as per manufacturer's specifications and as directed.

Placing shear connectors of upto 20 mm dia TMT re-bar into the RCC member including drilling necessary holes to required depth using drill machine, cleaning the holes and removing dust, dirt , etc and supplying and anchoring with epoxy based resin grout material of Fosroc Lokfix E77 or equivalent make complete with cost of materials, labour, tools as per specifications and directions of engineer in charge. NOTE: Reinforcement for Shear Connectors shall be measured seperately for payment.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, MS/GI insert plates/ embedded plates/rolled sections such as angles, channels, Tees, flats, etc./pipes (medium quality) conforming to relevant BIS codes of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia TMT bars, placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with 2 (Two) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux wherever required, fixing in line, level and plumb complete as directed. Note: TMT bars will be paid under relavant item.

Supply, Fabrication and erection of Structural Steel work using rolled steel joists, angles, channels, plates, chequered plates, flats, bars, grills, louvers etc. of M/s. Tata, Vizag Steel, JSW, SAIL of strength not less than Grade E 250 IS-2062:2011 in built up sections, Trusses (Complete Truss system consisting of Trusses, Purlins, Bracings, Gusset Plates, Base Plates etc.,), framed work, mezzanine, trestles, ladder, PEB structure (Bracings, Struts, walkway platforms, staircase etc.), including cutting, transportation of members to site, erecting members using suitable cranes/jigs/pulleys in line , level, plumb etc., providing Bolts and Nuts and other accessories wherever required, arc welding with electrodes conforming to IS 814 of make Advani, D&H, Philips, surface preparation by cleaning with wire brush painting with 3 (Three) coats of PU paint of male M/s Fosroc (Dekguard PU)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux over 2 (Two) coats of epoxy zinc rich primer of make Fosroc (Nitozinc primer)/Pidilite/Asian Paints/Berger/Dulux, complete as specified and directed Note:1) The bolts used shall conform to A325 ASTM standards to 8.8 designation High tensile bolts conforming to IS: 3757. All the Bolts, Nuts and Washers shall be Cadmium Coated. 2) One additional coat (Third coat) of paint as per specifications shall be applied on Structural Steel after erection and no extra payment will be made for the same.

Foundation Bolts: Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 (Mild Steel Bars Grade – I)/ IS 1875 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels Complete and as directed.

Sheeting: Providing and Fixing Trapezoidal profiled Galvalume Sheets of required shade of make M/s. JSW/TATA Bluescope (Colorbond) conforming to ASTM A792M/ IS 15961 for roofings and claddings using sheets in 0.5mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) with minimum galvalume thickness of AZ150 gsm and yield strength not less than 550MPa including flashings, corners, ridges, eaves boards, gutter, rainwater downcomer, edge trim, etc., of approved make including fixing the sheets with Stainless Steel self tapping, self drilling and self fastening screws, and EPDM Washers, etc., for all heights using scaffolding/scissor lifter/boom lifter etc., all complete as directed. a) Roofing/cladding with colour coated Galvalume sheets & Rain water pipes, etc.

Translucent Polycarbonate Sheeting: Polycarbonate Sheeting of 2 mm thick, Pressed to matching trough Corrugations of roofing of M/s. Sabic-Lexan, GE make, Everest or any other make for sky lights including sealing around sheets with GE Siliconates or any other sealants, treating for rain proof, fixing sheeting with SS self tapping screws etc.,or all heights using scaffolding/scissor lifter/boom lifter etc. complete as directed. .

STONE & BRICK MASONRY :

Random rubble masonry as per IS 1597 with hard stone with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse sand (conforming to IS 2116)) at all depth and height including scaffolding, raking out joints, simultaenous flush poining, curing, complete as specified and directed.

Brick work as per IS 2212 using fly ash bricks conforming to IS 12894 of Class Designation 7.5 and above at all height/depth with cement mortar 1:6 {1 cement (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Raasi, Birla, Coromandal, M/s. Andhra Cement Ltd.) : 6 crushed coarse Sand (conforming to IS 2116)} including raking out joints, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as specified and directed.

False Ceiling & Flooring :

Providing and Fixing Light weight Calcium Silicate False Ceiling with Silhouette Grid at all heights of Aerolite make with 15mm thick integral densified micro edge light weight calcium silicate tiles of size 595X595mm of approved design, texture and pattern having 100% RH – HUMIDITY RESISTANCE, non-combustible as per BS 476, Noise Reduction Coefficient of 0.5, Light reflectance above 85%, Thermal Conductivity less than 0.05 W/m K, to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal powder coated T-grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections of 0.4mm thick Silhouette Profile, rotary stitched double webbed white with 6mm reveal profile comprising of main ‘T’ runners of size 15X42mm of length 3000mm, cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 1200mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15X42mm of length 600mm to form grid module of size 600X600 mm , wall angle of size 22x19x0.4mm to be fixed all around the wall. Main ‘T’ runners to be suspended from the ceiling using GI slotted cleats fixed to ceiling with 50mm long 8 mm outer dia M-6 dash/anchor fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded GI hanger rod with L-shape level adjuster of size 85X25x2mm or 4mm GI hanger rod with butterfly clip, including scaffolding, at all heights, complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-charge. Note:Hanger syster shall be decided as per site conditions and height of false ceiling as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Gypsum board false ceiling of desired design, and finish consisting of : i. "Gypsteel ULTRA" or approved equivalent false ceiling frame system including CRP surface ribbed components such as ceiling sections (0.5mm thick, 80mm wide, @ maximum 457mm c/c, fixed to intermediate channels with connecting clip), Intermediate channels (0.9mm thick, 45mm wide, @ maximum 1220mm c/c, suspended from the soffit with ceiling angles (25x10x 0.55mm @ 900mm c/c maximum, GI cleat and steel fasteners), perimeter channels (0.5mm thick, 27mm wide, screw fixed to wall/partition at 610mm c/c), including all fasteners, angles, connectors, clips etc. all complete ii. Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge plain gypsum board conforming to IS 2095 screw fixed to ceiling sections with 25mm drywall screws @ 230mm c/c. Including jointing and finishing the boards for flush surface including filling and finishing with approved (as/ Manufacturer's recommendation) jointing compound, paper tape, finishing gap between wall and ceiling with POP, wire mesh , two coats of drywall top coat, providing necessary cut outs and finishing for electrical/ AC/ Other fittings, fixtures, providing vertical ceiling boards, necessary additional framing components for cutouts/ vertical surface etc, all complete for all heights. Note : Actual surface area (including vertical ceiling board area if any between false ceilings at various levels, excluding areas for cut-outs, openings etc.) of false ceiling shall be measured for payment.

GSB: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage) charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tons Capacity/approve means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge. Note: ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work).

Providing and fixing 16 to18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished/honed/flamed/leather machine cut Granite stone for floor/treads/ risers /steps / dado/ ramps/window sills/jambs/wash basin platforms etc. of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse crushed stone sand)/ 12 mm thick, 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse crushed stone sand) cement mortar/chemical adhesive, joints treated with epoxy grout, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels including cost of single/double nosing, making 3 no of grooves for saircase treads etc. all complete as specified and as directed

Non Metallic Floor Hardener: Providing over RCC flooring, grade slab when concrete is in green condition, finishing top with hard finishing coat using non –metallic floor hardener of Chhabdur or Hardtop or any other from M/s. Fosroc, STP, MYK, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals of approved quality and make at spread rate of 7Kg/Sqm or as specified by manufacturer for heavy duty floor finish including spreading after vacuum dewatering, ramming, consolidation, finishing smooth using power trowel to required levels or slope as specified, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed with vacuum dewatering.

Vacuum Dewatering & Power Trowelling: Vacuum dewatering of concrete using vacuum dewater technique for evaporation by way of removing the excess water using rigid or flexible suction mat incorporation filler layers and vacuum filler layers and vacuum generator (80 to 90% vacuum is to be applied at the rate of 3 to 5 minutes per 25 mm of depth), finishing with power trowel to get smooth finish all as per specifications, drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-charge for grade slab.

Joints Groove Cutting and Sealing: Cutting using Diamond saw or any other suitable equipment grooves of size 6mmx12mm in flooring at construction/contraction joints or as directed by design Engineer, including filling with polysulfide sealant of M/s. Foroc, STP, Pidilite, MYK, cleaning the joints using compressed air, drying the joint before application complete as directed.

DOORS, WINDOWS & ROLLING SHUTTERS ETC :

Providing and fixing of Hollow metal fire rated doors as per IS 3614 part-1 & part-2 for stability and integrity. Pressed Galvanized steel confirming to IS 277 with the following specification. Recommended fire door shall have doors tested at CBRI or ARAI for maximum rating of 2hrs with vision panel. Test certificates should be available for vision lites /panels as part of the fire door assembly. Independent glass test certificates will not be accepted. Manufacturer test certificate shall cover doors both single and double leaf and all doors supplied should be within the tested specimen, deviation in specification and sheet thickness other than what is mentioned in the test certificates are not allowed. Proper label confirming the type of door and the hourly rating is mandatory. Approved manufacturer Shakti Hormann or approved equivalent. Door frame shall be double rebate profile of size 125 x 60 mm made out of 1.20mm minimum thick galvanized steel sheet. Frames shall be Mitered and field assembled with self tabs. All provision should be mortised, drilled and tapped for receiving appropriate hardware. Rubber door silencers should be provided on the striking jamb. Frames should be provided with back plate bracket and anchor fasteners for installation on a finished plastered masonry wall/RCC column opening. Once frame installed should be grouted with cement & sand slurry necessary for fire doors on the clear masonry/RCC column opening. Door leaf shall be 46mm thick fully flush double skin door with or without vision lite. Door leaf shall be manufactured from 0.8mm minimum thick galvanised steel sheet. The internal construction of the door should be rigid reinforcement pads for receiving appropriate hardware. The infill material shall be resin bonded honeycomb core. All doors shall be factory prepped for receiving appropriate hardware and provided with necessary reinforcement for hinges, locks, and door closers. The edges should be interlocked with a bending radius of 1.4mm. For pair of doors astragals has to be provided on the meeting stile for both active and inactive leaf. Vision lite wherever applicable should be provided as per manufacturers recommendation with a beading and screws from inside. The glass should be 6mm clear borosilicate fire rated glass of size 20mmX300mm of relavant rating of the door. All doors and frames shall be finished with powder coating of minimum 50 micron thickness of approved colour. The door leaf and frame shall have passed minimum 250 hours of salt spray test. Rate should include supply and installation of door and hardware set as mentioned in the door and hardware schedule. With vision panel with hardware set for each leaf as follows: Ball bearing butt hinge 4" x 3" x3 mm nos as per required in SSS finish Mortice sash lock, H11, 55mm BS, 20mm sq for end SSS # Hormann/Geze Euro profile 5 pin EP cyl 5702, 70mm both side keys in NP finish (1 each) Tubular lever handle LT 19mm dia with roses and escutcheon, SS304 with SSS finish (1 pair) Door closer 9903 with standard arm.

Providing and fixing in position epoxy powder coated (minimum thickness of power coating 50 microns)Aluminium partition/door/windows/ventilators/louvers/grills etc. with single/double side hung/tophung/sliding shutters etc. using extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make (Jindal Delux Series (Domal)/Hindalco/Indal sections or its approved equivalent sections) and confirming to IS 733 and IS 1285 of required available colour, manufactured to relevant IS Standard Specifications including applying Epoxy coating of required thickness, fixing with rawl plugs and screws or fixing with clips or with expansion hold fastners, including locking arrangement for doors, windows, handles, aldrops, door stopper, magnetic catcher, hinges, friction hinges, aluminium push plates, sliding rollers, aluminium hardware fixtures, cleat angles, beadings etc as per the requirement, gaps of structural opening to aluminium frame work to be filled with siliconate / polysulphide sealant, fixed suitably to brick wall RCC column structures complete as directed. NOTE: Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, window / door frame, beading channel for glass/adjustable louvers/mosquito mesh, door handles, louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual / finished cutting size and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage. No separate payment shall be made for fittings such as locking arrangement for windows, hinges, friction hinges, rollers, door stoppers, magnetic catchers, fittings and fixtures, gasket, cleat angles etc.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body universal hydraulic door closer of M/s EVERITE/Godrej or approved equivalent conforming to IS : 3564, suitable for door weight upto 80 kg and door width upto 1000 mm with speed adjustment including necessary accessories and screws etc. complete as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing bright finished 150 mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of M/s ‘EVERITE’/Godrej or approved equivalent for aluminium door, with necessary screws etc complete as per direction of Engineer- in-charge

GLASS DOOR :- Supplying and fixing frameless 12MM thick clear toughened glass SAINT GOBAIN/MODI GUARD with 3 M frosted glass film , door with SS handles, locking, arrangements with SS patch fitting (approved make) etc. complete. All SS member to be in Satin/hairline/mirror finish as per EIC/Architect's choice complete as specified and directed by EIC

FLOOR SPRINGS :- Providing & fixing Ozone Stainless Steel Double Cylinder Floor Spring Glass Package Set (Silver) or equiavlent tested to 5,00,000 cycles, as per : EN 1154, including making chases in the floor and making good the same, complete as specified and directed by EIC.

Supplying and fixing in position approved motor automatic operated (push & pull) steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, including providing and fixing not less than 1.0HP motor of Crompton Greaves, Kirloskar, L&T, Jielong along with other accessories for On and Off, level switch ). connected operatable, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).

PLASTERING AND PAINTING :

Cement plastering 6 mm thick for ceiling with ready mixed plaster cement mortar (1 cement :4 sand) of make M/s Enduraplast, Walplast, Ultratech or approved equivalent finished smooth finish with including hacking of concrete surfaces, preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls using ready made plaster in cement mortar (1cement:4 Sand) of make M/s Enduraplast, Walplast, Ultratech or approved equivalent fininshed smooth at all height above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surface including making necessary grooves in between junctions or brick masonary and RCC , providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Cement plastering 20mm thick in Two (2) coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights/depths above/below plinth level using ready mixed plaster of make M/s Enduraplast, Walplast, Ultratech or approved equivalent with 12mm thick base coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 8mm thick finishing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4 , final rendering, making necessary grooves, bands, drip moulds, providing & fixing GI plaster mesh/chicken mesh 150 mm wide along route of walls chipped for service lines, junction between RCC and brick walls and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface preparation of surface, steel/tubular scaffolding curing etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and applying white cement based putty in two coats with average thickness not less than 1 mm, of Birla make or any other approved manufacturer including one coat of primer over the plastered wall surface (external/internal) to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

INTERNAL PAINTING :- Applying 3 or more coats of interior premium emulsion paint of Asain Apcolite suprema /Dulux interior acrylic premium emulsion of required shade of interior grade, having VOC content less than 50 grams/liters including one coat of approved suitable interior primer at all heights above plinth level inside rooms etc., complete and as complete and as directed.

EXTERIOR PAINTING :- Applying of Two or more coat of elastomeric liquid applied water proofing membrane of asain paint damp proof advance or Dulux Aquatech Flexible damp proof base coat or on surface of vertical wall shall be applied as per manufacture specification. Finishing walls with 2 or more coat of 100% Premium acrylic Smooth waterproof exterior finish emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS:15489:2004, alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Dept Tinted) with silicon additives, equal to asain paint ultmia protek or Dulux Professional weathershield Flexx or Paints can be obtained from approved make from M/s. Asian, Dulux, Berger, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, Pidilite or any other make etc., complete and as directed.

WATERPROOFING :

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing (BOX TYPE WATERPROOFING) on horizontal surface at all depth below ground level for under ground structures using rough shabahd stone as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and consisting of : (i) Ist layer of 22 mm to 25 mm thick approved and specified rough stone slab over a 25 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in the recommended proportion over the leveling course/PCC (PCC is paid separately). Joints sealed and grouted with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound. Cement slurry @2.2kg/m2 admixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions to be applied twice at base and top of mortar. (ii) 2nd layer of 25 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportions. (iii) Finishing top with stone aggregate of 10 mm to 12 mm nominal size spreading @ 8 cudm/sqm thoroughly embedded in the 2nd layer.

Providing and laying integral cement based treatment for water proofing on the vertical surface by fixing specified stone slab 22 mm to 25 mm thick with cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions with a gap of 20 mm (minimum) between stone slabs and the receiving surfaces and filling the gaps with neat cement slurry mixed with water proofing compound and finishing the exterior of stone slab with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) 20 mm thick with neat cement punning mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion complete at all levels and as directed by Engineer-in-charge :

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops , Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick), conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete as specified and directed

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing, spouts in water tank of make Jindal Stainless (JSL) made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners , stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-incharge,

Supplying, lowering, laying, RCC SPUN PIPES of class and internal dia mentioned below conforming to IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at and at all depths below plinth level including cutting to lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1, caulking the joints and finishing, curing, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. (b) Providing, fabricating and supplying and fixing panels of aluminium composite panel cladding in pan shape in metalic colour of approved shades made out of 4mm thick aluminium composite panel material consisting of 3mm thick FR grade mineral core sandwiched between two Aluminium sheets (each 0.5mm thick). The aluminium composite panel cladding sheet shall be coil coated, with Kynar 500 based PVDF / Lumiflon based fluoropolymer resin coating of approved colour and shade on face # 1 and polymer (Service) coating on face # 2 as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicone sealant, backer rods etc. (c) The fastening brackets of Aluminium alloy 6005 T5 / MS with Hot Dip Galvanised with serrationsand serrated washers to arrest the wind load movement, fasteners, SS 316 Pins and anchor bolts of approved make in SS 316, Nylon separators to prevent bi-metallic contacts all complete required to perform as per specification and drawing d) Aluminium framing work over MS tubular structural frame work using 50x50 mmX1.6 mm Alluminium hollow square section of make Jindal/Hindalco or approved equiavalent. The item includes cost of all material & labour component, the cost of all mock ups at site, cost of all samples of the individual components for testing in an approved laboratory, field tests on the assembled working curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, cleaning and protection of the curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding till the handing over of the building for occupation. Base frame work for ACP cladding is payable under the relevant aluminium item.s The Contractor shall provide curtain wall with aluminium composite panel cladding, having all the performance characteristics all complete , as per the Architectural drawings, as per item description, as specified, as per the approved shop drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. However, for the purpose of payment, only the actual area on the external face of the curtain wall with Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding (including width of groove) shall be measured in sqm. up to two decimal places.

Supplying and fixing Hollow Titanium/Platinum letter (Hindi, English, Telugu) of min 22 inch in height and minimum 15 inches of width backing with premium quality LED waterproof lights, fixed up to height of 15 mtr inline and level including all electrical accessories complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge (Near by Electrical Source will be provided by the department.

Supply and fixing of 16-18mm thick polished and machine cut Z-black granite stone plaque of required size including machine engraving of gold color text and logos, fixing of plaque either using granular sand particles mixed with araldite or other special adhesive of approved make over 12mm cement mortar (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) or using tile adhesive MYKlaticreet 335 or approved equivalent, including make the surface rough before fixing of plaque, complete as directed by EIC.

Providing grouting (including tamping) for foundations, structures, equipments, base plates, anchor holes, etc., with non-shrink, free flow grout of shrinkhomp-30N/Sqmm of M/S A.C.C, Fosroc or equivalent mixed with filler like sand in 1:1, including shuttering wherever necessary at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level complete as specified and directed. note: Weight of grout used in the work will be measured for payment. However, the rate quoted shall inclusive of all materials.

Making chases in walls upto 75mmX75mm including making good and finishing with matching surface using cement plaster and chicken mesh after placing of pipe.

Supply and installation of 2mm thick FRLS 25mm dia PVC conduits conforming to IS with required bends/junctions of M/s Sudhakar/AKG industries make in the wall by clamping on the wall with required hardware

Providing 1.1kV (UE) grade, 4C X 16 sq.mm cable of Cu conductor, XLPE insulated, round wirearmoured, PVC overall sheathed, FRLS cables underground /on the walls/ existingtrenches / existing trays/ existing pipes including supply of saddles, clamps, blt nuts,etc. transportation of cable from store/ yard to site at the place of installation,unpacking, including all labour and materials, as per approved drawings,specifications and instructions of Engineer - In - Charge. Note: It may please be noted that on completion of work, the DB & Cable shall be taken back by the contractor after proper isolation.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete including two coats of approved primer and two coats of ready mix paint as per IS 164 etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge).

UTILITITES AND FIRE HYDRANT LINE:

Supplying, fabricating and erecting / fixing in position the piping either inside plant building / in yard, at all elevations as indicated in the relevant drawings. Following specified materials shall be used. (1) Pipe: Carbon steel bevelled end seamless pipes conforming to ASTM A 106 Gr.B & dimensions conforming to ANSI B36.10 of approved make; (2) Fittings & Flanges: Carbon Steel fittings and flanges confirming to IS:6392 and dimensions conforming to ANSI B16.5 for Class 150 with 3mm thk neoprene gaskets of suitable grade, fastened using suitable carbon steel bolts, nuts and washers, as directed by EIC. (3) Welding & Clamping: Pipes to be welded using E-6010 / E-6011 / E-6012 / E-6013 / ER-308L electrodes of make M/s Ador / Advani / D&H / Phillips and to be supported with suitable clamps on mild steel structural frame work / tee supports. (4) Painting: Pipes to be painted with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint of make M/s Asian Berger over one coat of zinc chromate primer after proper surface preparation to the satisfaction of EIC. (5) Testing & commissioning: Pipelines to be DP tested and hydraulically tested segment wise at a pressure of 15 bar followed by flushing and commissioning including cost of all consumables, labour, etc., complete as directed by EIC

Extra over painting of pipe lines for providing Coating and wrapping of the pipe lines (including fittings) consisting of one coat each of coal tar primer and enamel, cold wrap of impregnated fibre glass, of suitable width, of PIPEKOTE or Rust free make, including thermofusioning of polyethylene layer of coat using thermo torch, seal coating, overlapping not less than 25mm, testing of coating by holiday testing conforming to IS 10221, cleaning pipes etc., complete and total thickness of coat not less than 4 mm, complete as specified and directed.

Providing, laying, jointing, fixing and testing HEAVY QUALITY M.S. GALVANISED PIPES AND FITTINGS like tees, elbows, collars, unions, nipples, enlargers, reducers, bends, couplings and all other fittings required for the work, EXCLUDING FLANGES conforming to IS: 1239-1990 including testing the pipes and fittings for 10 Kg/cm2 pressure with a minimum period of two hours duration, (with clean water) including cutting to waste, threading with jointing materials like hemp yarn, white or red lead, in trenches, including painting with two coats of anticorrosive bitumastic paint/synthetic enamal over a coat of primer, as per specifications:

DISMANTLING ITEMS:

Dismantling very carefully the existing Plain cement concrete/reinforced cement concrete at all depths and heights below and above plinth level using pneumatic cutters or any approved means including cutting the reinforcement and transporting bars to departmental stores disposing the debris within the lead of 50 m complete as specified and directed for RCC pedestals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling very carefully the existing brick masonry/RR masonry/ pitching/ soling/ paver blocks/kerb stones in roads, floors, drains etc below/above FFL at all depths and heights including erection of suitable scaffolding, stacking of useful materials and disposing the the unserviceable debris within the lead of 50m etc., complete as specified and directed,

Dismantling very carefully the existing MS/GI/CI/RCC/PVC pipe of various dia upto 300mm for various service lines/hand rail with all fittings and fixtures etc., cutting the pipeline after shutdown, stacking with in NFC for all leads, including providing dummy flanges with approporiate gasket to the remaining pipe.

Dismantling very carefully the existing structural steel work at all levels for railway track, wooden/steel/concrete sleepers, MS structural sections like angles, channels, MS plain/chequered plates, flats, tubular gates etc., including scaffolding, cutting of structural steel members by gas cutters or by any approved method, removing the nuts, bolts etc., as required, lowering stacking the reusable material at site and transporting the material to Departmental stores for all leads etc., complete as directed.

Dismantling cement Asbestos sheet/galvalume sheet/roof sheeting or other material roofing along with ridges, hips, valleys and gutters, including scaffolding and stacking and transporting the material for all leads within NFC.
