MAINT AND REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION, LED LIGHTING AND FIXTURES AND CONNECTED WORKS FOR CIVILIAN MARRIED ACCN AND REMOTE OTM BLDGS UNDER GE AFS BIDAR

SCHEDULE OF WORKS

Taking down unserviceable / burnt point wiring of any description / type / size from existing conduit / casing capping, excluding switches, sockets, regulators, etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Point wiring for one light point/fan point/ bell point controlled by one switch (using red, black and green colour wires as colour coding) complete with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross section area) single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed and multi strand copper conductor cable 1100 volt (ISI marked) drawn through existing PVC conduit 20mm dia (medium duty, ISI marked) including provision of 1.5 Sqmm single core FRLSH PVC insulated multi strand copper conductor wire continues as earth wire connected to earth dolly etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Switches/ socket / regulator shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of BOQ).

All as per Serial item No 2 here-in-before, but for one Ceiling Fan / exhaust fan point controlled by one, one way switch and regulator

All as per Serial item No 2 here-in-before, but for one 3 point 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on the same board.

All as per Serial item No 2 here-in-before, but for one 3 pin 5 Amps switch socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board

All as per Serial item No 2 here-in-before, but using 2.5 sq mm single core copper conductor cable of multistranded flame retardant Low smoke (FRLSH) PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade for 5/15 amps switch socket combination point incl running of 2.5 sq mm copper conductor flame retardant PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly.

Material and labour for Point Wiring with 1.5 sq mm Copper Conductor single core PVC insulated Flame Retardant Low Smoke (FRLSH) Unsheathed 1100 Volt grade multi-stranded Cable drawn through existing PVC Casing and Caping including PVC insulated and unsheathed Single Core multi-stranded Copper Conductor Cable of size 1.5 sq mm (FRLSH) Green in Colour as Earth Continuity Conductor connected to Common Earth and Earth dolly for One Light Point controlled by One 1-Way Switch 5 Amp, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
